Auricularia auricula-judae (bull.) Quel. belongs to Basidiomycotina,Heterobasidiomycetes,Auriculariales, Auriculariaceae, Auricularia. It is widely cultivated mushroom of speciescomposition in mushroom production occupies an important part. Auricularia auricula cultivationhas become a pillar industry in Heilongjiang province. In recent years, due to strain selection blackfungus hybrids less, most domesticated from wild species is seriously affected the development ofthe industry, so breeding new varieties has become important in the development of the industrythe heavy, high yield and quality of the strains screening and selection work is imperative.In this experiment, to compare70strains agronomic yield, cooked nature, flower-and freshears ventral color comparison, finding out distantly related, traits with complementary good parentHei29and Heiwei9. Single hybridization, the configuration of57combinations are identified bymeans of an optical microscope examination, investigation and other means to agronomic traitsscreened10distinct genetic characteristics of hybrid strains. Being filter out10hybrid strains withparents for agronomic traits comparisons among strains M09-56in the mature nature, flower typeand yield significantly different from the parents, and the production has exceeded the parentsmore than5%, which can be used as an excellent hybrid strains reserves, and has the potential todevelop into a new species.Auricularia auricula strain M09-56after two consecutive years of breeding surveys trackingsystem, agronomic traits is relatively stable, with the following characteristics: single fruitingbodies, the root is small, color black, bowl-shaped, rounded edges, ear piece ventral black, smooth,shiny, pale black hairy back.
