The control mechanism of current cultivation techniques on the growth environment of Auricularia auricular is not perfect,which brings a series problems of low quality of A.auricular because of lack of precision index of control and decision in growth environment: The optimum growth environment of A.auricular is different from sprout to maturation,there are few studies on the precision agronomy of A.auricular;In the matter of growing environment controlling,the index of control and decision in temperature,humidity and light are not precision,A.auricular can't be in the best growth state at all time.To this point,launch the following research:(1)At present aiming at the problems of poor data collection and control accuracy of the control system in cultivation workshop environmental of A.auricular,the precision control method was designed: Multiple sensors collected environmental data at close point of effective growth range of A.auricular.By means of Real-time spray,ventilation,heating and refrigeration,the precision and efficient controlling of workshop environment was realized.(2)The intelligent control system was constructed by using intelligent detection and control technology.The sensors gathered environmental information of workshop;the PLC program was compiled based on the designed control method.As the core controller,PLC sent out control command of temperature,humidity and light behavior.Environmental control equipment could be system output layer to influence cultivation environment in workshop of A.auricular.The accuracy of system control was verified.Error of accuracy: temperature wereħ1?,humidity wereħ1%,light intensity wereħ50LUX,controlling time were 12~20min,the control of environmental was precision and effective.That can provide precision control of environmental for the next agronomy exploration experiment of "Black 29".(3)Using of facility edible fungi technology,relying on the Institute of Microbiology of Heilongjiang Academy of Sciences and the Institute of Intelligent Detection and Control of Jiamusi University,taking the Research Center of Fermentation Engineering Technology of Heilongjiang Province as the experimental site,the four fully closed cultivation workshops were developed and constructed.The cultivation experiments were conducted regarding "Black 29" primary parent species as test material.Aiming at the highest budding rate and the biggest diameter of A.auricular,the effects of temperature,humidity and light intensity and their interaction on budding rate and diameter of A.auricular were studied.The instantiated structure of the small environment model of A.auricular was achieved based on the quadratic regression orthogonal rotation combination test,with gaining the optimum combination of factors and precision agronomy for the growth of A.auricular.The optimum combination of factors: The period of budding: temperature: 27.34?,humidity: 91.53%,budding percentage: 98.27%;The period of growing: temperature: 23.49?,humidity: 90.36%,light intensity: 993.6LUX,A.auricular diameter: 47 mm.The precision agronomy characters: The effect of humidity on budding rate was intense in budding period,so the humidity should be strictly controlled with in 92.5%;The influence of temperature and humidity on the diameter of A.auricular are all fierce in growing period,so both of them should be controlled around 24? and 90% respectively;The light intensity had no significant effect on the diameter of A.auricular,but the light intensity of 990 LUX was beneficial to the accumulation of pigment of A.auricular during in growing period.The best environmental parameters and agronomy was tested and verified,the results showed that the budding rate was the highest and the diameter of A.auricular was the largest in the optimum environment than other groups.Budding rate was 97.8%,diameter of A.auricular was 49 mm.The obtained agronomy accorded with the growth law of "Black 29",A.auricular could be in the best growth state all the time from budding to maturing.
