Red Globe(Vitis vinifera L.cv.) was studied in this research, which was provided byexperiment station of Agriculture College of Shihezi University and64farms of HuochengYili. Due to the coloration of the fruit berry was excessively deep, the effect of different colornets was studied on the berry coloring, anthocyanin accumulation and UFGT activity of RedGlobe grape under different region in this paper. To examine the variations of Malvidinanthocyanin and UFGT activity and the influences affected by color shading-netsmeasurement during fruit coloration stages of grape, Malvidin anthocyanin contents andUFGT activity were determined by high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC). Thecomponent was determined by colorimeter and the CIRG was counted. The relationship of fruit coloring, pigment and UFGT activity were studied in order toexplore the illumination factors and physiological mechanisms of the fruit coloring of RedGlobe grapes, which hoped perfecting the theoretical basis for the regulation of technicalmeasures of Red Globe grape fruit coloring in Xinjiang. The results indicate as follows:1. The L*and C*in berry skin decreased gradually, somewhile ho, CIRG and the contentof Malvidin anthocyanin was increased gradually with the maturity of fruit berry.2. Different effect was not significant in coloring, accumulation of Malvidin pigment andactivity of UFGT by red, blue, green and white netting. The coloring was decreased by blueand green netting in certain degree, the content of Malvidin pigment was inhabited by yellowand white netting in certain degree.3. The result showed that the coloring was decreased significantly by yellow netting, pinknetting was in favor to fruit coloring, and accumulation of Malvidin pigment was increased incertain degree.
