Siberian tiger (Panthera tigris altaica) under the first class special state protection is mammalian class, carnivora order, felidae family, and panthera genus. In recent years, the wild Siberian tiger population declined sharply and in the endangered state due to habitat destruction, as well as human’s arbitrary arrest or indiscriminate killing of wild animals. Now tiger was the highly protected in our country and abroad.Captivity Siberian tiger is an important measure of the ex-situ conservation, and to study their feeding food is essential. At the same time, Siberian Tiger Park of the Heilongjiang is the largest base of breeding Siberian tiger in the world. In2006the captivity Siberian tiger has more than seven hundred, and now it has reached more than twelve hundred. Such a large number of huge also means keeping expenditure. Therefore, to research the Siberian tiger breeding is extremely important.Through five sampling to the data of Siberian tiger in the Park of Harbin, Heilongjiangprovince, thirteen tigers are studied. They are numbered from tiger one to tiger thirteen, and from tiger one to twelve whose age are thirteen years old is used to the test group, meanwhile tiger thirteen whose age is fifteen is used as the control group. The theory of Dissipative structure was applied to study the life system of the Amur tiger. And mathematical model of the annual amount of feed with age was established by SPSS. The result showed that the Panthera Tigris Altaica is a dissipative structure, because it meets the four conditions of the dissipative structure. Based on the scatter plot of the Siberian tiger breeding food and age, it showed that the growth process of the tiger could be divided into three stages. From two to six years old, the annual amount of feed increased with the growth of age. From six to ten years the changes of feed amount was not obvious, that is to say, it was stabilized. After ten years, the amount reduced gradually. By the regression equation established between annual amount of feed and age, the correlation coefficients was received which is0.814. Regression equation is significant.
