Camellia oleiferis the unique woody edible oil tree in the South of China. It plays a veryimportant role in people’s daily life and our national economy. However, Camellia need a lot ofnutrients in its growth stage. Reasonable fertilizer can improve the ratio of output to input ofCamellia. In recent years, The slather of chemical fertilizer brings us lots of austereenvironment and social problems. Bacterial fertilizer has many advantages such as little dosage, high benefit and little impact on environment. In this experiment, based on the actual situationof Camellia forest in China, we researched the influence of different bacterial fertilizer on thegrowth of young Camellia forest, soil properties, soil nutrient and soil enzyme at ShangyouCounty of China’s Jiangxi Province. We aimed at providing technical support and scientificguidance for the high yield of Camellia. The main results are as follows:(1) Bacterial Fertilizer had significant influence on the length of shoot and SPAD value ofthe autumn leaves. The increase of SPAD value of the treatments in Bacterial fertilizerAzo、Psewas3.5%、5.56%,and the difference was significant(p<0.05).The increase of the length ofshoot treated by bacterial Fertilizer was38.6%~66.56%, and the difference was significant(p<0.05).(2) Different bacterial fertilizers have significant effects on nutritive element contents ofthe leaves of young Oil-tea Camellia, and the differences are evident. The content of copper bythe Azo treatment is10.1mg/kg, increasing remarkably by118.14%、(p<0.05)as compared toCK. And the nutritive element contents by Agr treatment is0.74g/kg, increasing remarkablyby16.74%. However, other bacterial fertilizers showed little effect on the nutritive elementcontents of the leaves.(3)Different bacterial fertilizers have different effects to the tree ground diameter.Compared to the control,Azo and Bac treatmentsincrease the ground diameter growth by14.62%and18.41%,respectively,but the increment is not significant. (4) Bacterial fertilizers have increased organic matter content in the soil. Azo and Bac havesignificant effects on the increase of organic matter content in the soil, respectively by35.73%and54.76%as compared with control. The organic content in soil treated by Pse is21.27g/kg,an increase of76.90%compared with control, which is the greastest increase. While all otherbacterial fertilizers show contributions to the increase of organic matter content in soil.(5) Different bacteria fertilizershad significant differerce to the soil available N inCamellia plantation, and available Kwill be increased to some extent after treated by differentbacteria fertilizers, but no significant differerce is found.Compared with the CK,the soilavailable N have been significantly increased by27%with the treatment of bacteria fertilizerBac and Pse; Azo alse have been significantly increased the soil available N. and it has beenincreased remarkably21.03%,with the treatment of bacteria fertilize Ser. Available K wasincrease is from6.38%to12.25%with the treatments of Ser、Fla and Agr.(6) Different bacteria fertilizer treatments to Camellia plantation lead to a great differencein the activity of different kind of soil enzymes. No significant effectsare found in soil catalaseand urease activities; Compared with the CK, invertase activitiesare increased by more than11%with the treatment of bacteria fertilize Azo、Pse、Fla and Agr; the bacteria fertilize of Ser turnsthe best effect and the invertase activity is increased by27.87%(p<0.05); Bacteria fertilize ofAgr also significantly increases the activity of acid phosphatase by28.46%while others haveno significant effects.
