The experiment was designed to study the effects of Probiotics and Lipopolysaccharide on Growth Performance, Blood Parameters, the Level of Nutrient Metabolism and Immune Organ Indexs of Broilers.192one-day-old A A broilers were randomly assigned into four treatments, each treatment had4replicates,12broilers per replicate, divided into control group, LPS treatment group, probiotics group, probiotics+LPS treatment group, fed with basal diet and probiotics dietary, from the16-day-old and37-day-old the next day by intraperitoneal injection of LPS saline injection1ml(LPS dose was500μg/kg), the control group and probiotics group were injected with saline. A trial period of42days,21days prophase and anaphase, broilers was weighted at the beginning and the end of the experiment. At the day of21and42, blood was collected to prepared serum for testing biochemical indicators, thymus, spleen and bursa for testing immune organ indexes, excrement was collected to testing the level of nutrient metabolism. The results showed as follows:(Din this experiment, added0.5g/kg probiotics in the basal diet, established the probiotics groups and add probiotics+LPS group, analysis the injection dose is consistent, the effects of probiotics on broilers grows performance, the results showed, probiotics+LPS group compared with the LPS group significantly improved average daily gain, showed adding probiotics in feed could significantly relieve the negative effects of LPS to weight gain of broilers.②added0.5g/kg probiotics in basal diet can improve absorption and utilization of crude protein, crude fat of feed.③in broilers diet, probiotics can significantly increase the quality of immune organs, improve broilers immunity.④the probiotics group, activity of alanine aminotransferase of broilers serum was significantly lower than that of other groups.
