67different genomic type and different grain color wheat resources from winter wheat region of North China,the National Wheat Engineering Center of Henan Province, as well as from Mexico International Maize and Wheat Research were used in the text with the Shannong129bred by Shanxi Agricultural University for control sample.Agronomic character, Processing Quality and Ecological Adaptation was assessed to screening high-yield and high-quality varieties for Jinzhong. Meanwhile the Inheritance Rule of Combination of grain color and quality was preparated by this text. Different genome type grain of color wheat form different Ecological Region were expected to elect and was suitable for lacal environment. Agronomic Character and Quality character of resources wheat were compared and analysed comprehensively.The experimental results show that:(1)The grain weight per spike of Jin Wheat79was most heaviest, Protein Content and Pet Gluten Gontent higher, dough development time longer, ductility and malleability longer, sedimentation value larger,and Jin Wheat79was suitable for Jinzhong region among Jin Wheat and Chang Wheat;(2)Among Yu Wheat and Shun wheat, purple-rod Shun Wheat and Shun Wheat1718D were suitable for plantingin Jinzhong regin,Yu Wheat416and Yang Wheat5were suitable for sowing in spring.(3) The data of spring sowing and autumn sowing were compared,and the experiment results show that: The ecological adaptability of Yan Wheat19and Huai Wheat18were better,and these Varieties could adapt to different seasons, different climate; The Protein Content of Huai wheat18was higher in the autumn sowing,The Protein Content of Yang Wheat19was higher in the spring sowing,and flour yield of these two varieties were higher than local varietiy.(4) Among16durum wheat varieties, Individual character and yield character of durum wheat6、7were better, kernel quality and processing quality of durum wheat15and durum wheat14were better,and durum wheat15was hybrid breed more suitable; (5)Among the rye, black E.sibiricus in terms of production is excellent, purple-rod Shun Wheat optimum in terms of quality,4R can be used as breeding parents; among triticale, Britain cited No.1in terms of production than excellent, too feeding in terms of quality is superior; among the Umaid Bhawan,201W22can be used as breeding parents, purple-rod Shun Wheat was up to the national Gluten second-class standard of wheat; most of the varieties are all gluten wheat.
