In recent years,natural and human factor dual influences are lead to degradation of Maqu alpine meadow, mouses frequently. This research make use of different grazing system, different grazing rates and different tread mainly around the place where Maqu alpine meadow. The experiment make use of the harvest method to get aboveground biomass, vegetation height, the plugging hole method measurement of plateau pika and plateau zokor two advantages of cavesand molehills quantity were studied.It could be useful to scientific prevent andcontrol rodent pest in alpine meadow pasture.1. In terms of height and biomass of vegetation rotational grazing system isbetter than continuous grazing system. Rotational grazing system superiority inpractical application is displayed with the passage of time gradually.Under differentgrazing systems, round grazing area’s gramineae and cyperaceae plants height andbiomass were higher than continuous pastoral grazing area. Under rotational grazingsystem of edible grass than continuous grazing system were height higher5.05cmand2.94cm,biomass heavier2.07g and1.36g.Toxic weeds class of vegetationheight and biomass of the continuous grazing pastoral areas is higher than the round.Under rotational grazing system of toxic weeds than continuous grazing system wereheight higher3.74cm, biomass heavier0.76g.2. In terms of height and biomass of vegetation rotational grazing rate of lowgrazing is better than the rate of high grazing. Under rate of high grazing of toxicweeds than rate of low grazing were height higher4.38cm, biomass heavier0.70g.Under different grazing rates, vegetation height and biomass tended to rate of lowgrazing area is higher than rate of high grazing area.Under rate of low grazing area ofedible grass than rate of high grazing area were height higher5.09cm and2.79cm,biomass heavier1.93g and1.16g.Toxic weeds class of vegetation height andbiomass of the rate of high grazing is higher than rate of low grazing.3. Rotational grazing system effectively inhibits the growth of the number ofplateau pika. Grazing rate, the higher the more the number of zokor. Under rotational grazing system pika population from627.778/hm2, fell to177.778/hm2, reduce450/hm2; Under continuous grazing system pika from166.667/hm2, up to166.667/hm2,rising366.667/hm2;Under rotational grazing low rate (RG-L) plateau zokor is633.333个/hm2,rotational grazing high rate (RG-H) plateau zokor is841.667个/hm2,Under continuous grazing low rate (CG-L) plateau zokor is977.778个/hm2,continuous grazing high rate (CG-H) plateau zokor is1211.111个/hm2.4.Plateau pika population is not only the more heavier and more pikas.In thedirection of fold lateral and fold back the more heavier trample the more pikas.In thefront of fold’s door without pika grow.The key of the prevention and control ratdamage are fold back direction and lateral direction,there are more plateau zokorsthan other place. Plateau zokor number have nothing to do with tread direction. Themore heavier trample the more Plateau zokor population. The key of the preventionand control plateau zokor in the place of heavy trample.
