The Design And Realization Of Hardware Of Tractor AMT Controller Based On DSP

Improvement of electrical degrees and network levels of agricultural machineryhas set new demands on intelligent transformation of the traditional agriculturalmachinery. The application of DSP (Digital Signal Processor) in the tractor AMT(Automatic Mechanical Transmission) can solve the frequent shift, not easy to graspthe best time of shifting, and weak system stability. As the core part of ATM system,the hardware of controller has significant influence on the performance of AMT.Based on analysis of AMT control strategy and mechanical actuator, structurefeature and function need of tractor AMT are analyzed, overall design scheme oftractor AMT electric control system is made and feasibility of the scheme is analyzedin this paper. The parameters of the controller circuit are calculated and the models ofcomponents are selected. The schematic circuit diagrams of controller are designed,and the main circuits are simulated by the Multisim10. The circuit diagrams arereviewed and modified. The layout and routing of PCB (Printed Circuit Board) aredesigned and signal integrity design are completed. By studying the interferencesource and electromagnetic compatibility of the controller, the anti-interferencecapability of the controller is improved. The controller PCB production and weldingare achieved. The test platform of AMT controller is build. The basic test is finishedthrough the platform. The modules of RAM and Flash memory, CAN interface, PWMoutput waveforms, LCD display and so on are test by suing CCS3.3and CANoe. Theresults of testing show that the modules can meet performance requirements. Thehardware of tractor AMT controller is finished through the online debugging,application change and program firmware.
