| With the development of agricultural mechanization and the increasingrequirements of tractor performance, tractor automatic transmission becomes thedevelopment trend. Manual transmission is widely used on tractor at home, whichincreases labor intensity and has low efficiency. Automatic Mechanical Transmission(AMT) realizes the automatic control of vehicle starting, gear-position selecting andgear-shifting by adding computer control system on the traditional mechanicaltransmission. AMT has a good development prospect whether from productinheritance or from industrialization. High-quality control system software that caneffectively manage tractor resources plays an important role in normal operations ofAMT. With DSP/BIOS as the core, modularization design concept and automatic codegeneration technology are used to develop the tractor AMT software. In this way, thedevelopment efficiency is increased, the bug fixes ability is enhanced and theexpandability is guaranteed.Based on researching the working principle, actuator and controller hardware oftractor AMT, the basic functions of the system are analyzed. The inputs and outputs ofAMT system are categorized, the internal relations between the two are determined,the software control rules are established, and the human-computer interaction moduleis designed. By using Matlab/Simulink, automatic control model of tractor AMT isbuilt, and the hardware interfaces are designed with Embedded Coder. The digital filtertechnology is used to eliminate the jamming and the model is transformed to code.With DSP/BIOS real time embedded system as the kernel of AMT control system, theapplications are divided into threads and their priorities are programmed. Based ondSPACE, Matlab and data from engine stand test, the semi-physical simulationplatform for AMT controller is built. The simulation test is finished and theperformance of the AMT controller software is validated on line. |
