With the rapid development of agricultural mechanization and modernization in China,especially in Heilongjiang reclamation area use of a large number of imported large horsepower tractor operation, so the grain yield and agricultural production efficiency are greatly improved.In order to monitor and control the operation of the tractor, the data of the tractor operation should be collected and monitored in real time. A tractor data analysis and storage system based on CAN bus is developed. It can collect the CAN bus data of the tractor in real time in the process of the tractor operation and filter the data analysis, then transfer to the PC via the RS-232.At the same time, the data can be stored in the U disk. The data included operation date, time,longitude and latitude, elevation, engine fuel consumption, engine speed, engine torque percentage, rear suspension and engine the number of work hours. Finally, the operation data can be analyzed.First of all, based on the analysis of CAN bus technology and agricultural machinery application of CAN bus technology on the basis of domestic and foreign development present situation, this paper proposed our country tractor application of CAN bus parsing operation data is very few. Therefore, the research content, research methods and technical routes were identified, and the research direction, research ideas and objectives were defined. Secondly, the theoretical basis of data acquisition and analysis in this paper is to study the characteristics of CAN bus technology and the ISO11783 standard, then using message parsing algorithm to parse CAN data and make RS-232 transmission protocol. Thirdly, according to the research objectives,data analysis and the communication protocol, so as to determine the use of STC89C52 RC microcontroller as the main controller of the system, and other hardware selection. And research to determine the data transmission is realized by using RS-232 module, using the U disk for data storage, then use Altium Designer software to complete the circuit diagram and PCB diagram drawing. At the same time, the CAN priority algorithm is studied and improved, and then based on this, the system function program is developed by using C language in Keil software.Finally, through the system debugging and performance test, the rationality and feasibility of the system is verified. After the research and improvement, the system was tested in the field.Through the field experiment, the system can get the tractor working data through the acquisitionand analysis.Using MATLAB and other software to analyze the operating data stored in the U disk and get a tractor working trajectory, tractor working oil consumption variation and the overall fuel consumption and so on. The accuracy and reliability of the data are verified by comparison, so as to verify the feasibility and stability of the whole system.
