This paper uses multiple indicators of quality evaluation methods. It carried out the studyof process forming Angelica sinensis and impacts on changes in the chemical compositionand related factors on harvesting, processing, andstorage. Another part of the thesis is tocomplete the2015edition of "Chinese Pharmacopoeia" Angelica sinensis and revise tasksPieces of quantitative analysis. Using Angelica sinensis extract control for controllingangelica herbs determined quantitative analysis of the active components. The main contentsare as following:A Correlation research between Angelica sinensis quality and harvestingAngelica sinensis samples of different growth stages were analyzed byUPLC-PDA-QTOF/MS, UPLC-TQ/MS techniques so as on, using principal componentanalysis (PCA) and other methods analyzed the data of multiple ingredients. The resultsshowed that Angelica sinensis have great difference in the chemical composition during thedifferent growing stage, which may be the main difference between qualitative ingredientssenkyunolide H (I), E-ligustilide, Z-ligustilide, Levistilide A, but some ingredients still cannot be qualitative. In the growth process of Angelica sinensis, the accumulation of its activeingredients showed some volatility: October to next4-5months, the active ingredient contentis higher than others; the ground began to grow along with the plants, and the activeingredient content decreased significantly; to late October of that year with the aerial partsbegan to wilt, the active ingredient significantly increased again; July,August and Septemberarne the active ingredient content in a minimum time. So the second year early winter,is asuitable time for harvesting Angelica sinensis.B Correlation research between Angelica sinensis quality and dried processing methodsWe studied the chemical constituents of Angelica sinensis changes of different dryingmethods, using principal component analysis (PCA) and other methods analysis the data of avariety of ingredients. The results showed that between fresh and dry herbs, dry herbsbetween different methods, ligustilide changes is most significant in the chemical compositionof the contents in qualitative. The main components of the drying process Angelica sinensisdynamic change research showed that:(1)Ferulic acid, the overall downward trend, with thedry season declining most obviously and infrared drying and microwave drying dropping at least. In the same drying method, the higher the temperature, the more obvious declined.(2)Coniferyl ferulate, an infrared drying is the most significant declined in drying methods, while sun dried, Dried in the shade and microwave dried are the least decline in several ways.(3)Ligustilide, sun dried, Dried in the shade, dried at30℃and80℃decline content mostobviously. Sun dried, Dried in the shade and dried at30℃are low temperature dryingincluding the longer drying time conditions, while80℃belongs high temperature dryingcondition. Suggesting that the drying time and temperature are the main factors affecting thedrying process ligustilide content.(4) Senkyunolide H, I, under60℃,80℃hightemperature drying conditions degradated directly, and greater levels declined. Several otherdrying methods, both content decreased after the first rise. Especially several drying methodsligustilide caused the content to declined rapidly as Sun dried, Dried in the shade and dried at30℃initial stage, but also the content of both are rising phase.(5)Butylidenephthalide issimilar influence on the content of the various processing methods with senkyunolide’s.(6)n-butyl benzyl phthalate, Sun dried, Dried in the shade, two kinds of drying methodsminimum content decreased, with drying in the dried temperature, the decline increases.Estimated that temperature may be the main factor causing the content to decrease.C Correlation research between Angelica sinensis quality and storageAngelica sinensis samples were used five different packages including a vacuum, fillingnitrogen, filling CO2, sacks and sacks with75%humidity, placed in25℃,40℃,55℃conditions. Periodic sampling and analysis to study the storage conditions on quality ofmedicines. Preliminary results show that Ligustilide is larger changes of in all components, mainly downward trend, and the temperature is the main factor causing this change.D The Angelica sinensis extract control for controlling Angelica sinensis and Piecesdetermination research. The study includes a control extract preparation, compositioncalibration, control extract stability, Angelica sinensis and herbal medicine of the test solutionpreparation, quantitative HPLC analysis of methodological study, determination of content ofthe sample and content limits specified study.
