Based on the practical problem of high early bolting rate in Angelica sinensis'traditional cultivation patterns, long production period, waste cultivated field, and existing transplant slow seedlings in angelica sinensis'facilities seedbed nursery cultivation patterns, thereby affecting the output of angelica sinensis,try to explore a new mode of product angelica by using modern facilities anti-season container seedling transplant, inhibit the angelica sinensis' early bolting rate, improve the transplant survival rate and the quality of medicinal herbs, in order to establish the theoretical basis and technical reserves on safety and efficiency production of angelica sinensis. The major results are as follows:1. According to Angelica seedling temperature statistics, when temperature stabilized at 15℃~20℃, required from sowing to emergence stage the effective accumulated temperature≥5℃to 101.7℃, the time required for the 7~10d. And≥5℃effective accumulation temperature 215.2℃~102℃was required for every pieces of leaf, with gradually decreasing trend, indicating that the rate of growth of each leaf gradually accelerated. Also≥5℃effective accumulation temperature 1228℃was required from seeds sowing to transplanting of suitable seedlings, With the accumulated temperature increases, continued growth in all traits of Angelica seedlings. Compared with the treatment of greenhouse corridor,the days of emergence earlier than 4 ~ 8 d, emergence rate increase 34.7 %,the day of form 1~3 true leaf respectively earlier than 14 d,13 d,19 d, seedling weight 1.12 g, head diameter 6 mm. Results showed that effective temperature and the agronomic traits of winter seedlings of Angelica Sinensis is extremely close relationship at seedling stage. Therefore, the average temperature in 15℃~20℃can be thought of the most appropriate temperature condition in winter seedling raising of Angelica Sinensis.2. Observe to dynamic growth of the angelica seedlings period, the turning point came in growth speed of 3rd leaf, the seedlings grow slowly before 3rd leaf, the dry matter accumulate rapidly behind 3rd leaf, thus the angelica seedlings period which can be divided into two stages with 3rd leaf being the boundary.3. The advantage of seedling growth have important influence in different container treatment, for its transplanting dry matter accumulation of root and leaf. According to determination on September 16, in the three treatments, the average amount of crown dry matter were 2.31 g, 5.49 g, 1.95 g; root dry matter were 1.58 g, 2.57 g, 0.96 g; the difference was significant, So choose the size of nursery container, 4cm diameter paper tube seedling container is more conducive to the growth of angelica greenhouse seedling.4. Different seed treatment has important effect on plant height, root length, head diameter and plant weight of Angelica sinensis, powder seeds, head seeds and over-mature seeds can be used for seedling, but the higher overall level of normal second seeds in Minxian, are better than other treatment. So the choice of seed need to pay attention to control the maturity and sources of seeds.5. Container type and culture medium action unit on growth changes of Angelica sinensis, relative to paper tube seedling, nutrition bowl can cultivate angelica seedlings which has obvious growth advantage, by using matrix formula for 50 % rural soil and vermiculite mixed substrate, in order of the two factors:matrix> container, the growth of pros and cons is mainly affected by matrix.6. Facilities greenhouse seedlings didn't appear bolting from transplant the field to the harvest time, early bolting rate was 0. Therefore the technique of facilities greenhouse seedlings can effectively solve the problem of transplant slow seedlings and early bolting rate. But angelica economic output is lower than the traditional cultivation mode, the reason of lower output is that the greenhouse seedlings always in the micro-environment of greenhouse after its transplanted to the field, is't difficult to coordinate the field environment, so the technology must be further research and improvement.The conclusion is that: Facilities greenhouse seedlings in angelica sinensis, it's temperature stabilized at 15℃~20℃, use mixed formula 50 % rural soil and 50 % vermiculite, by selecting the seedling from greenhuose that normal second seeds in Minxian to transplanting can inhibit angelica sinensis'early bolting rate, so contribute to high-yield angelica efficiency.
