Tradition angelica culture with the way of raise seeding in the fall, storage in winter, inseminate in next spring and harvest in fall. This way of culture will early bolting that have a strong impact on yield. To explore the way of angelica culture and solve the high rate of bolting, we come to use transplant when raise seeding after development in greenhouse. We make the seed's select, the time of sowing and the medium's mate in the core, deeply research the growth situation of angelica. Explore new way of culture and supply scientific according with high quality of angelica. Also supply theoretical guidance for construction of angelica GAP base. The main study results are listed as follow:1. The foster environment of darkness and 25℃constant temperature could increase germination percentage of the seed of angelica. Germination percentage of the seeds of the new collect angelica is higher than germination percentage of which keep for one year. Germination percentage of the seeds of early bolting angelica is higher than normal seed. 50℃water sterilize and 0.2%KMnO4 sterilize could reduce germination percentage and germination force, but reduce go moldy. Methylthiophanate and settle hundred bacterium could promote seed's germination as increase concentration but when concentration surpass 0.8g/L that will reduce germination percentage. Duojunlin will reduce germination percentage as increase of concentration. Seed will rot when many bacterial reproduce. with sterilization could keep healthy of seed and promote germination. Root powder of angelica will reduce germination percentage when keep with seed.2. Different time of sowing induce growth period's distinctness. Angelica's leaflet number, leaf number, plant height, leaf diameter and root length which sowing on 18/12 is topmost and 29/9s'lowest in 5 time of sowings. Angelica's early bolting rate is high which sowing on 29/9 and 18/12 that is 1.47% and 2.48%. Angelica's yield is 16654.99kg/hm2, 16868.43kg/hm2, 21163.91kg/hm2, 19776.55kg/hm2 and 17008.50kg/hm2 which according to sowing on 29/9, 19/10, 9/11, 20/11 and 18/12. There are very markedness.3. The culture medium component of 40% vermiculite, 20% garden dust, 2% humid acids which plant height, leaf diameter and root length are topmost, it's leaflet number, leaf number, plant height, leaf diameter, root length and yield also topmost after it transplant. Early bolting rate is 1.07%, average yield is 19236.28kg/hm2, it could reduce early bolting rate and promote yield.4. There are not remarkable distinct on leaf growth between early bolting seed and normal seed. So leaf growth maybe only impact by environment and growth period. Angelica's plant height, leaf diameter, plant weight, head diameter and lateral root number culture by normal seed all much than which culture by early bolting seed. The yield of angelica which culture by early bolting seed and normal seed are 18916.12kg/hm2 and 19416.37kg/hm2, the yield of angelica which culture by normal seed is much more than which culture by early bolting seed.
