The mainly representations are the management specialization, forming a complete set to change, mechanization and industrialization and so on. The vigorous development of livestock in further expand and improve the production environment, facing a lot of problems and bottlenecks at the same time. The mainly reasons are farming land, population explosion,environment pressure,environment influence and so on labor costs. Followed by the farm design there are some defects, which leads to the increasing cost of artificial feeding, manure, sewage.Furthermore, the serious environmental pollution and waste without effective treatment,which leading to perennial continuously epidemic diseases, are increasing serious environmental problem. Comprehensive the above problems, this scheme is put forward "floors type" modern piggery building model design concept.Thus, not only we can save the land cost, but also increase economic benefits, and solve the problem of breeding environment pollution and so on. Because it is a preliminary exploration, the article only designing two floors of the building model.The project puts production technology of ecological first in housing design. The process uses two floors piggery innovation design idea, combining traditional and modern, using automated cleaning up manure,departing dry and wet, organic manure fermentation, etc., separating pig dung and urine that recycling after fermentation to create conditions for ecological circular industry of pig, and last to achieve "zero discharge" of swine farm wastewater.First of all, this process take fully enclosing, forcing ventilation through ducts. Because being "floors" of the pig house, buildings between the air flow will be reduced greatly, unit space pig density significantly increased at the same time.In this way, not only affecting the air quality of piggery, and if once there is an outbreak, the situation is very difficult to control. So this design uses the fully enclosed forced air ventilation through ducts to solve the problem of the ventilation difficulty in pig farms effectively. During operation, according to the pigs in different periods of appropriate welfare requirements, such as temperature, the bar area, reasonably the setting heat, ventilation system, etc. Second, the automation clean-up manure system was designed in the project. Feces using the method of dry wet depart:dried dung as the organic fertilizer after fermentation of organic recycling, waste water purification and recycling. Urine and dung and water flows through the cracks in the floor with3%of the slopes, then to muck in the ditch through the pipe to purify the pool. Faces are through the pens to the push plate moved forward, pushing feces to guano transmission belt. Waste through the conveyor belt to transport to the apertures on the second floor directly to the first floor of defecation ditch, reuse on the first floor of the conveyor belts will be transported to the organic waste fermentation workshop. Activity pens forward simultaneously with high pressure washing system flushing of the base plate.This system can implement the the purging waste intelligently, easy to operate and improve the quality of inner environment. Conservations and fattening pig house adopts spray gun activity pens to change mobile column and column in high and low according to the production, stabling effectively remove the waste and ensuring the feeding environment healthy.In order to absorb domestic and foreign advanced design idea to improve the production efficiency, the process also introduces intelligent "sow management system", breeding pig farm can more efficiently manage sow group.The use of artificial insemination technology on boars for finishing stand, can meet the needs of farm itself a large number of high quality sperm, and also, it can provide high quality semen for surrounding areas.The design of this building model is a design innovation, decreasing breeding area, ecological and environmental protection, etc.The pig and waste can be separated when automated cleaning up manure system moving on,which effectively improve inner air quality, to reduce the spread of epidemics, ensure the welfare of pigs conditions, achieve waste recycling use at the same time.Based sow breeding pig farm of the whole design can meet the1200head of daily production and management requirements.This article gives a good foundation for the development of modern ecological pig house.Finally, this paper designed a set of corresponding construction design combining with the production process. |
