In this study, a field survey of walnut plus trees, including producing conditions including (local place names, head of household names, habitat, age, management, etc), growth traits (height, stem high, tree vigor, tree figure, crown, etc), phenology (fruit period, falling fruit drop, etc), solid state (fruiting rate, yield situation, fruit drop the case, etc) and leaf-fruit characteristics, was conducted in Hanyuan,Sichaun. Based on this, the annual repeat survey sample was made to measure and analysis walnut form quality index (fruit weight, shell thickness, kernel rate, etc.) and seed kernel inclusions (crude fat, crude protein). Then principal component analysis with SPSS19.0, conferred scores, expert scoring three kinds of optimal selection method were used to make a comprehensive evaluation analysis for19re-selected plus trees walnut and a runoff election of superior strains was made. The same time,19re-elected superior plus trees nuts major economic traits were analysed by correlation analysis, cluster analysis. The conclusions are as follows:1. Ranked comprehensive evaluation were made by principal component analysis, conferred scores, expert scoring. And the top ten superior strains were Da01、Wsh02、 Hn07、Hn06、Wsh09、Wsh01、Sh07、Sh03、Pm02、Yd03.2. On the basis of the ranking, considering the superior strains figures and special economic characteristics, three excellent plus trees were runoff selected from the19re-selected plus trees.They were Hn07(Hanyuan Special Early)、Da01(Hanyuan NO.1)、 Wsh02(Hanyuan NO.2)3.19re-selected plus trees have a high nutritional value, the average fat content of68.62%, the average crude protein content of12.52%, and the overall level of quality nuts reach the national superior level, or first grade standard.4. There are strong correlations between indicators of19re-selected plus tree nuts quality:the dried fruit weight,three diameters mean and kernel weight was significantly correlated with the correlation coefficient above0.9, the dried fruit weight and the crude protein content was significantly positively correlated, the dried fruit weight and shell thickness showed a low positive correlation; Three diameter mean and kernel weight was significantly positively correlated; shell thickness and kernel rate was significantly negatively correlated.5. Cluster analysis was made for19re-selected plus trees on the seven main nut quality indicators, and the19excellent native plant walnuts were divided into four categories:(1) high protein walnut category;(2) small fruit shell walnut category;(3) paper skin walnut category;(4) ordinary quality walnut shell category.
