With the continuous development of apple industry and increase of economic incomeof fruit growers in China, the demand of fruit growers for orchard machinery becomesmore urgent. Orchard operation platform is such a multifunctional platform, designed fornew modern dwarfed dense orchards, could meet the following orchard operation demands,pruning, fruit thinning, picking and fruit transportation, etc. in special environment oforchard. The paper, taking the3GTD-2000Orchard Operation Platform designed byOrchard Machinery Station of Modern Apple Industry System as research object, studiesthe electro-mechanical and hydraulic integrated control of travel driving system andelevating system of orchard multifunctional operation platform.1. Introduced Overview orchard operation links and modern the Apple industrialsystem orchard mechanical jobs developed3GTD-2000Orchard operating platform;analysis of the status at home and abroad after the orchard operating platform, usinghydraulic transmission, electro-hydraulic proportional control technology and fuzzy PIDcontrol strategies to achieve control of the overall program of the orchard operatingplatform, select the the MSP430system control chip.2. Application D-H kinematic analysis method orchard lift key institutions of theoperating platform (scissor lift mechanism) On this basis, the orchard operating platformlift system design and analysis, to design a platform lift system a hydraulic circuit diagram,select the appropriate monitoring parameters and gathering information sensors, andsystem hardware and software design.3.
