With the rapid development of fruit industry and increasing income of fruit farmers, there has been an urgent call for comprehensive mechanization at orchards. Specifically designed for modern condensed planting orchards, orchard operation platform can work in the orchards meeting various kinds of operation requirements and performing multiple functions, such as pruning, fruit thinning, fruit collection and transportation. Aiming at resolving problems like high oil temperature during the operation and lack of steering power which appeared in the first generation of hydraulic system, this research makes an effort to develop the second generation of hydraulic system for crawler-typed operation platform.With a good command of advanced design and optimization of hydraulic system both at home and abroad, this study put forward a new type of hydraulic system, which can support the crawler-typed operation platform to move back and forth, to rise and fall, to stretch and extend vertically, to steer freely and to hang certain farming tools. Main aspects are as follows:1. To present a general introduction of crawler-typed operation platform and to put up with a overall scheme for improved and optimized hydraulic system on the basis of though analysis of present situation of crawler-typed operation platform at home and abroad;2. After analyzing main design parameters of the targeted system, several original design schemes will be put forward. Main operation parameters of the hydraulic systems will be found out by analyzing that of the under-pan of the crawler-typed operation platform. With specific design requirements and practical operational environments of crawler-typed operation platform in mind, overall design schemes will be polished and general layout will come out;3. To analyze the advantages and disadvantages of each scheme and find out the optimal design;4. To determine and calculate the operation parameters of the hydraulic pumps and motors and to choose and check the main components for them; To calculate and analyze power of the hydraulic system and check core hydraulic components;5. Based on AMESim Hydraulic System, this research is to set up a mathematical model for the whole hydraulic system by firstly establishing sub-models of each hydraulic component and those of system load;6. By means of AMESim, simulating optimization of the hydraulic system will be followed, which mainly focus on the speed regulation and main hydraulic valves. After analyzing the simulation results, certain adjustments and improvements will be made to meet the operational requirements of crawler-typed operation platform;...
