Crawler orchard work platform is a multi-functional platform developed for fieldoperations of the large orchard of fruit trees. Driven by a single fully hydraulic cylinder dieselengine with12.13KW, it is made up of Screw-type cartridge valves which were integrated ontothe steel valve block. In the process of platform debugging, some problems have been foundsuch as the lack of vehicle driving force, and a bit fast in hydraulic oil temperature rising, and soon. Based on these phenomena, In order to enhance the working efficiency of the hydraulicsystem, Hydraulic valve group simulation optimization by using simulation software AMESimhas been done.The main work and research contents are as follows:1. According to the problems in the vehicle debugging, Analyses the control principle andthe structural parameters of valve of hydraulic systems, use AMESim software to build valvegroup model.2. Based on control theory, using the valve group model has been built to set up asimulation system, Through the analysis of7valves in6classes, it come up to the conclusionthat both proportional valve pilot stage spring and spring pressure compensator of theproportional flow solenoid valve, back pressure valve spring’s stiffness and damping holediameter do not conform to the requirements of the system. They need optimize.3. By the simulation of proportional solenoid valve, a conclution is obtained thatproportional valve pilot level should configure appropriate spring, and pressure compensatorshould fit the appropriate stiffness spring. as the goal of with the Linear increaseing in valveflow, the valve core displacement should be linear changed, the simulation optimizationdetermine these parameters to configure the system:Proportional valve spring stiffness is120N/mm, pre-tightening force to0N, pressure compensator spring stiffness is150N/mm,pressure to0N.4. Have made simulation for the back-pressure valve, discovered the phenomenon whichoccurred in the inlet pressure just opened0.15s have been shocked. These showed that the pilotstage valve spring stiffness setting was inappropriate, and the pilot valve orifice diameter of1.5mm was not matched for the system. Optimized for these problems,stiffness of the springwas chose as1N/mm, pre-set pressure was100N, the system backpressure reached0.6MPa, to meet the requirements for the working valves, and the orifice diameter was confirmed as1.8mm, can be used to the pressure fluctuations of the valve lower in0.1MPa.5. After the optimization for valves’ parameters, and then Made a comprehensive analysis,it was shows that the seven valves about six Category was arrived the optimized target. Theproblems of motor torque which did not smoothly disappear and angular acceleration have beenchanged with damped vibration attenuation. The system could get the steady state in1.2s.It was proved that the hydraulic valve model was built with HCD, and then conductedoptimization and simulation was feasible.It shows that after other related job, these valvesworked better, and the impact and disturbance of hydraulic was reduced. It makes the guiding tochoose appropriate valve valuable.
