Hyphantria cunea Drury is one kind of International and domestic plant quarantine object. It is omnivorous large amount of propagation and have a good adaptability, they can damages plans for a long time and can spread throw many ways. It spread to Liaocheng. In order to control the Hyphantria cunea Drury in Liaocheng areas, its forecasting techniques and the biological control was studied in the paper.1 Through investigated the number of larvae and cocoon of Hyphantria cunea Drury, we discovered that the Mulberry has the largest number of larvae and cocoon, the Ash was the second, the Sophora and Japonica was less.2 By light trapping, we find that Hyphantria cunea Drury in the area is one year two generation, the first adult appeared peak in late May, the second appeared in the end of July, early August. Being master of the peak date of Hyphantria cunea Drury, we can predict the occurrence of beginning and peak period, that can provide a scientific basis for the timely prevention and treatment.3 Hyphantria cunea nuclear polyhedrosis virus (HcNPV) has the characteristic of post-secondary parasitic.We can see from the control effect on the point of view, the greater the concentration, the higher mortality rates, the control effect more significant. The virus (0.25×107PIB/ML), and Bt (1×104IU/ML) are mixed used, so that the next day a large number of deaths fall webworm, the mortality rate reached 56.3%; on the third day mortality rate reached 99.9%.4 Through the release of Chouioia cunea Yang controling Hyphantria cunea, the results showed a gradual decline in Hyphantria cunea damage in the parasitic rate of over 90%, and found that the first generation of harmful strains of Hyphantria cunea population density of large, centralized hazards; the second generation of hazardous strain population density decreases, the rate of increase in the worm, and were dispersed hazards.
