This study used the flower buds of Lonicera macranthoides Hand. Mazz., which was introduced to Suining hilly4years and rhizosphere soil as the research object. We studied the physicochemical characteristic of Rhizosphere soil and content of effective elements of buds of Lonicera macranthoides Hand. Mazz., and discussed the relationships between them. Besides, we made an overall evaluation of the quality performance of Lonicera macranthoides Hand. Mazz.. The purpose of this study was to provide a theoretical basis on the promoting cultivation nd the utilization of the products about Lonicera macranthoides Hand. Mazz.. The results were as follows:1. The content of main medicinal quality indicators in Lonicerae FlosThe all indicators of quality indicators were accord with the Ch P.2010. The average content of total ash and acid insoluble ash in the sample is6.51%and1.21%, respectively. In accord with the requirement of Ch P.2010, the average content of chlorogenic acid and the sum of the felt wool honeysuckle ash saponin b and teasel root saponin b is4.91%and6.92%respectively. The content are both accord with the requirement of Ch P.2010. So, they can be used as high quality medicinal herbs medicine.Lonicera macranthoides Hand. Mazz. in Suining are rich in active ingredients such as organic acids, soluble sugar and saponins. The average content of flavonoids was2.72%, the content was lower than authentic honeysuckle. In addition, except have higher the chlorogenic acid content, also contain rich vision of chlorogenic acid, soluble sugar and total saponins active ingredients. Among them, the content of chlorogenic acid in average content is as high as5.18%, and the content of chlorogenic acid is close or higher than the isochlorogenic acid. Soluble sugar and total saponin content is rich, the average content is16.90%and16.66%, respectively. Water-soluble extract content in the sample and the average contents of alcohol soluble extract were25.33%and13.22%, respectively. The content of water-soluble extract of various samples are higher than alcohol soluble extract.2. The content of6kinds inorganic element in Lonicerae FlosThe all T.onicerae Flos Contains Caleium,Manesium,Ferrum,Zinc,Manganese and Copper6kinds of micro and macro6kinds essential elements. The content from high to low for the Calcium>Magnesium>Ferrum>Zinc>Magnesium>Copper. And the mean of Ferrum/Magnesium was3.34, its have the qingrejiedu, clearing away heat effect. So Lonicera macranthoides Hand. Mazz. grow in Suining belongs to cold and cool drugs; Samples of Zinc/Copper with a mean of9.59, the Zinc content is high and Copper content is low, and the value of Zinc/Copper is stability, its conducive to maintain the human body physiological balance.3. The content of nutrition in Lonicerae FlosThe Lonicerae Flos is rich in protein.26samples all contained17kinds of amino acids, including7kinds of essential amino acids, and the content is high. Among them, the content of protein, total amino acid,7kinds of essential amino acids and medicinal amino acid is14.26%,127.60mg/g,58.11mg/g and79.52mg/g, respectively. The content of protein, total amino acid and essential amino acid contents were higher than more common vegetables, fruits and edible and medicinal plants. Flavor amino acid content in the sample is high, reflect the amino acid content of sweet and umami is high and the stimulation threshold is low, can make the samples showed some sweet and umami. The E/N and E/T values were close to the ideal protein standard proposed by FAO/WHO. The sulfur+cysteine RC is dispersed, the negative contribution of amino acid balance physiology, is the first limiting amino acid in Lonicerae Flos; the average value of SRC is81.05, explained that the Lonicerae Flos have high nutritional value.4. The physicochemical characteristics of growth soilThe physicochemical indexes growth soil of Lonicerae Flos in Suining were different, rich in organic matter, available nutrient lack, the different nutrient contents in four slope mainly to reduce alternate rise. The growth soil belongs to neutral and alkaline soil. The average content of organic matter in soil is9.31%. The average content of total nitrogen, total phosphorus and total potassium in soil were0.93,0.52and14.05, respectively. In the differences soil, the content of total nitrogen and total phosphorus distributed over the extremely short or rich level, total potassium content distributed over the short or medium level. The average content of available nitrogen, available phosphorus and available potassium were27.42,27.66and29.15mg/kg, respectively. Alkali solution and available potassium content, soil available nutrients are all distributed over lack level. The content of phosphorus is distributed over rich level.5. The relationships among the main effective component in Flos LoniceraeThere is a certain relationship between the main effective constituents in Flos lonicerae in Suining. A significant positive correlation in chlorogenic acid and isochlorogenic acid and Lonicera macranthoides saponin B, the correlation coefficients were0.729and0.615; and the aqueous extract showed a significant negative correlation, the correlation coefficient is-0.456. There was significantly positive correlation with different chlorogenic acid in Lonicera macranthoides saponin B and asperosaponin B content, correlation coefficients were0.644and0.538, and the aqueous extract showed a significant negative correlation, the correlation coefficient is-0.434. There was significantly positive correlation in total saponin, ethanol-soluble extractives, soluble sugar and total amino acids, the correlation coefficients were0.593,0.564and0.508.Inorganic elements and main effective components have certain relationship in Flos Lonicerae. Manganese and soluble sugar, total saponin content and ethanol extracts showed significant negative correlation, correlation coefficients were-0.583,-0.574and-0.533, respectively. There was significantly negative correlation with Ferrum and total saponin. There was negatively correlated with the total amino acid and chlorogenic acid, the correlation coefficients were-0.451and-0.417, respectively. Zinc and soluble sugar, total saponins and ethanol-soluble extractives content showed significant negative correlation, correlation coefficients were-0.575,-0.562and-0.532, respectively. Copper was significantly negatively correlated with soluble sugar and total saponin, the correlation coefficients were-0.537and-0.686, and asperosaponin ethylene and ethanol extracts showed a significant negative correlation, the correlation coefficients were-0.410and-0.413, respectively. Magnesium and soluble sugar, the aqueous extract, alcohol-soluble extract showed significant positive correlation, correlation coefficients were0.605,0.62land0.618, respectively, the significant correlation with total saponins, the correlation coefficient was0.469.There is a certain relationship between the inorganic elements and inorganic elements in Lonicerae Flos. There was significantly positive correlation in manganese, Ferrum, Zinc and Copper, the correlation coefficients were0.534,1and0.748, respectively. There ids significantly positive correlation with iron, zinc and copper, the correlation coefficients were0.528and0.557, respectively. There was significantly positive correlation of zinc and copper, the correlation coefficient was0.742.6. The relationships between indicators of Lonicerae Flos and physicochemical characteristic of grow soilOnly the extracts, tntai sapnninr and iron elements of Lonicerae fllos and soil physicochemical indicators hace significantly correlation each other. The other indicators and soil physicochemical characteristic did not reach significant level. Among them, the aqueous extract and total K showed significant positive correlation, the correlation coefficient was0.393. There was negatively correlated with soil pH, the correlation coefficient was0.602. The total saponin was negatively correlated with soil available P, the correlation coefficient was0.39. There was positively correlated with soil available phosphorus and iron, the correlation coefficient was0.39.
