Under the development of the pet clinics′s industry, the Color Doppler played anincreasing important roles in the diagnosis of tumors, blood diseases, heart diseasesand so on,. However,the of Doppler,s applications in pets clinical were far lessmature than that used in human.In order to explore the methods and skills of theDoppler usage in clinical pets,6standard beagles were used in the experiment inwhich we checked the abdominal organs and got the blood flowparameters,ultrasound images of the abdominal organs with the ColorDoppler.Before the doppler checking, we got the blood and biochemical basisexamination that called general examination in order to make sure the beagle’s health.Our data revealed that all dogs had the good condition, which was suitable for theexperimental design.First we scanned three abdominal organs liver kidney and spleen,and so we alsoscanned the digestive and immune organs,such as pancreas, ovary, uterus,etc.Thelast,we got the data about the states of estrus, breeding, pregnancy of the female dogsby means of monitoring the complete reproductive process..In the next stage, we scanned the kidney,spleen,liver with the Color Doppler.Compared to the B mode-ultrasound method, We got the Doppler ultrasound imagesof different organs from different facets,which showed the distribution and directionof blood vessels in various organs under the Doppler color flow mode,and we alsodetected the characteristic parameters of blood flow that included systolicpeak,diastolic peak,cardiac index and resistance index of the main vessels in someorgans Single factor multivariate analysis were carried out with the help of SPSSsoftware and we rusults that P>0.05,which meant there was no significant differencein the data, so we got the normal characteristic parameters of major vascular bloodflow in different organs of the normal adult beagle dogs.Color Doppler images were got after we checked ovary and uterus duringdifferent states of estrus of the female dogs.After20days breeding,on which thegestational sac emerged, we began to scan the progress from embryo which was thencalled fetus to the birth of the baby dog,so we got the Color Doppler images ofdifferent states of the embryo.Farther more,we obtained the characteristicparameters of blood flow such as systolic peak,diastolic peak,cardiac index andresistance index of the blood flow in some main vessels,such as the artery and vein of placenta, umbilical cord, fetal,etc, respectively.In our experiment, we obtained the spacial Color Doppler images of variousabdominal organs and bitches reproductive organs in different states and then we gotthe characteristic parameters of blood flow of the main vessels of various abdominalorgans, reproductive organs and the vessels,which were relevent with the fetaldevelopment. Our data provided the objective basis for the judgment of abdominalorgans health and status of fetal development..
