Shiitake(Lentinula edodes)is Basidiomycetes, Agaricales, Tricholomataceae, Shiitakemushrooms genus. One of medicinal edible fungus.Lentinan have many biologically active,suchas anti-tumor,anti-oxidation, inhibition of viral,immune function and other aspects,but the costthat extract polysaccharide from Shiitake fruiting was high. Shiitake Liquid SubmergedFermentationis in a closed fermenter which Inoculated bacteria. Access sterile air and have somesuitable stirrings For its’ fermentation culture to get Mycelium and its’ metabolic products. Theproducts of Shiitake Liquid Submerged Fermentation contains not only lentinan,but alsocontains a lot of other active secondary metabolites, it is a potentially new way to use it insteadof lentinan, and This mode of production which suitable for industrial production have manyadvantages,such as high yield, low cost, short cycle. Analysis of the effect of productivity,bloodlipid levels and abdominal fat rate after adding different content of HBP, providing the basis ofproduction,research this HBP for the future. The following is the main results and conclusion:1.Use biomass As the indicator, Screened Shiitake strains HB1which Suitable forsubmerged fermentation, the result of single factor test,ans orthogonal experiment showed thatthe best medium formula optimal for submerged fermentation of Shiitake strains HB1was Cornflour22g/L,Peptone,6g/L,KH2PO40.75g/L,CaCl20.5g/L;the Best fermentation condition wasTemperature at28℃,The initial pH on culture medium was5,The fermentation time was9days,Speed at125r/min,Liquid volume was125mL/250ml in conical flask,and in this conditionwe can get Biomass about5.881g/L,Polysaccharide contents0.537g/L.2.Take200Yellow feather broilers and divided into four groups, each have50chickens.wecan find out when Compared with the control groups that it can significantly reduce the totalserum of cholesterol, triglyceride content and abdominal fat rate(P>0.05)of Yellow featherbroilers when use corn-soybean grain without antibiotics but added0.2%HBP in it.and theReduction amount was0.76mmol/L,0.35mmol/L,0.35%;we can find out when Compared withthe control groups that it can significantly reduce the total serum of cholesterol and abdominalfat rate(P>0.05)of Yellow feather broilers when use corn-soybean grain without antibiotics butadded0.3%HBP in it.and the Reduction amount was0.51mmol/L,0.76%.
