This test takes Yunyan87as tested cultivars and with Yunnan Dali,Guizhou Tongren, Sichuan Yibin, Chongqing Fengdu and Henan Luoyang as thepilots. Through the soil, tobacco sample collection and the pilot units in recent yearsof meteorological data collection, data statistics and analysis, it studies the differentecological conditions of growth and internal quality formation of tobacco, analysis ofthe relationship between the formation of the quality of tobacco leaves and differentecological factors. It is expected to provide a theoretical basis through this researchfor the high quality flue-cured tobacco production and the quality of tobacco leavesregularity research. In the flue-cured tobacco growth period, Chongqing Fengdu’s average relativehumidity, average temperature and precipitation is the highest in these five regions,Sichuan Yibin’s sunshine hours is the longest. In the different tobacco-planting areas, the growth of flue-cured tobacco in field and dry matter accumulation rate andaccumulation are different. Yunnan Dali’s agronomic traits is the best, Sichuan Yibinis the worst. Henan Luoyang’s root dry matter accumulation first place, Yunnan Dalicomes second, Guizhou Tongren is lowest; Yunnan Dali’s stem dry matteraccumulation and leaf dry matter accumulation are the highest; the economiccharacters of flue-cured tobacco in all areas from high to low is: Yunnan Dali,Guizhou Tongren, Chongqing Fengdu,Sichuan Yibin, Chongqing Fengdu, HenanLuoyang. Each part of the flue-cured tobacco, chlorine content is affected by the ecologicalenvironment, there is a large variation range, high mutation rate, and other components is no obvious regularity. Nicotine and total nitrogen content wasgenerally higher than that in the upper leaves, lower leaves in position. Some of thechemical component in tobacco leaves, has a bad coordination: in each region, middleand lower part leaf sugar alkali ratio are on the high side, nicotine and total nitrogencoordination is good, the nitrogen bases ratio in a suitable range; among the areas, every part of tobacco leaf’s ratio of potassium chloride has a larger variation range, the mutation rates are above100%.This is embodied in Guizhou Tongren, SichuanYibin, Chongqing Fengdu’s middle leaf’s potassium chloride ratio too high. Adjustthe content of potassium and chlorine in tobacco leaves, which is beneficial toproduce high quality tobacco leaves. The senior fatty acid content in tobacco leaves was less affected by theecological environment influence. Each component content low mutation rates arebetween5.62%-24.73%. Diversity of malonic acid, malic acid and citric acid inorganic acid content is greatly influenced by the ecological environment, the variationrange is larger, and mutation rates are80.49%,73.94%and86.84%, respectively. VFAof The isovaleric acid,2-methyl butyric acid,3-methyl valerate, benzoic acid, phenylacetic acid are greatly influenced by ecological environment, region betweenvariation range is larger, the mutation rate is higher, the isovaleric acid and2-methylbutyric acid mutation rates as high as141.95%and162.19%. The chlorogenic acidand scopoletin content of Henan Luoyang tobacco are at a higher level; the rutincontent of Yunnan Dali tobacco are at a higher level; the xanthophyll content ofSichuan Yibin tobacco are at a higher level; polyphenols and other ingredients in thepigment content of in various other tobacco growing areas have no rules to follow.Carotenoid compounds and solanone content of Sichuan Yibin tobacco are the highestlevel; phenylalanine type of degradation products and browning reaction productscontent of Chongqing Fengdu tobacco are the highest level; in every area, theneophytadiene content of the aroma substance from high to low is: Guizhou Tongren,Chongqing Fengdu, Sichuan Yibin, Yunnan Dali. The correlation analysis results shows that the average relative humidity, averagetemperature, sunshine hours, rainfall and other meteorological factors with the chemical components of flue-cured tobacco and most of the content of aromacomponents in correlation is obvious. The content of giant bean three ketenes4,phenethyl alcohol,2-acetyl furan are significantly associated with average relativehumidity was positively related to, the correlation coefficients “r”,are0.891,0.880,0.942.Between average temperature and giant bean three ketene4issignificant positive correlation, the “r” is0.913. Between average temperature and2-acetyl furan is significant positive correlation, the “r” is0.969. Between averagetemperature and with β-damascone and β-ionone is significant negative correlation, the “r” are-0.914and-0.940.Between6-Methyl-5-heptene-2-alcohol,β-damascone,geranyl acetone content and sunshine time is significantly positivecorrelation, the correlation coefficients “r”,are0.882,0.954and0.953. Between2-Acetyl furan relation with sunshine duration is significantly negative correlation, the correlation coefficient “r” is0.923.Each region flue-cured tobacco samples Smoking results from high to low are:Yunnan Dali, Guizhou Tongren, Chongqing Fengdu, Sichuan Yibin, Henan Luoyang.A significant correlation is between most of the components content of aromaticmatter and each evaluation index. It is have great influence for the Smoking quality oftobacco leaf. Between3,4-dimethyl-2,5furan diketone and aroma is significantpositive correlation, the “r” is0.913.Between5-methyl-2-furfural and the aromaquality is significant positive correlation, the “r” is0.909. Between β-damascenoneand smoke concentration is significant negative correlation, the “r” is-0.925. Betweendihydro kiwifruit lactone and aftertaste is significant positive correlation, the “r” is0.944.
