Ecological conditions was the basis and prerequisite factors for high quality tobacco,in this research, the grade B2F tobacco leaves from Yunyan 85 in Baoshan tobacco-growing regions, were selected as materials to study the effects of ecological conditions of different altitudes on chemical characteristics of flue-cured tobacco leaves in five tobacco growing areas of Baoshan.the Main results were as follows:1. The average temperature is between 19.50-20.73℃during growing season in Baoshan tobacco-growing regions, from the trend of altitude and temperature, the temperature trend was similar at different altitude, with the altitude increased, the average temperature during growing season was decreased. From the time of temperature change at different altitude area, in most areas of Baoshan, the average temperature is higher in mid-July to early August, lower in mid-May and late September.2.The total rainfall during growing season is 673.78mm in Baoshan tobacco-growing regions, the monthly rainfall trend is August> July> June> May> September, the most rainfall during growing season focus on July to August, according with the rule vigorous and maturity need more water, but the rainfall is less in May,that is easy to occur seasonal drought. The trend of rainfall and altitude is no obvious rule,it showed that the rainfall during growing season and altitude is no obvious correlation.3. analysis showed that, exist between the various chemical constituents were significant or maximum significant correlation, total sugar, and also with the rising at an altitude of reducing sugar content is rising, and altitude positively correlated with total, total nitrogen increased nicotine with altitude downward trend, and altitude is negatively correlated with The ecological factors in largely influence the reducing sugar, total, total nitrogen, total nicotine content.
