Some scholars in China think that vegetable products which the residues of toxic substance of pesticide, heavy metal, nitrate, harmful organisms (including harmful organisms, parasitic ovum, etc.) and so on are in a limited amount of scope in accordance to the measure issued by the state can be referred to as pollution-free vegetables.In the early1920s, in other parts of the world have already started to develop pollution-free vegetables and soilless culture is the main mode of production.
