Based on crop Science and ecology theory, the paper focused on technology line, test results and comprehensive benefits from carrying out gas in the pollution-free vegetables (tomato) production in Nanyang city Huang Yuan Village green vegetable base. Firstly, the paper analyze the basic concept on biogas, fermentation principles, how to make use of the biogas, biogas residue, biogas slurry, describing the current situation, problems and benefits about utilizing biogas in the process of production pollution-free vegetables in Nanyang city. Then the article selects the Nanyang city Huang Yuan Village green vegetable base for sample, through setting four groups of non-ignited gas lamp+does not use slurry residue, does not ignite gas light+biogas slurry residue, lit gas lamps+does not use slurry residue, lit gas lamps+biogas slurry residue to observe the slurry, residue, biogas yield of tomato, quality and pest control implications. Finally, this paper posts the policy recommendations of the biogas as a link to the pollution-free vegetable production. The main conclusions are as the following through theoretical and empirical studies:1, Link together methane, planting, breeding combination, through bio-energy conversion technology, in the land of farmers, will digester, pig poultry house, organic vegetable greenhouse together form a rural energy utilization system is conducive to synchronized to achieve gas production manure, planting and breeding simultaneously, energy flow, logistics virtuous cycle, and ecological effects, economic and social unity.2, Nanyang have the advantages of making use of biogas technology to carry out pollution-free vegetable production, and had certain achievements, but there are many problems, as following:digester design unscientific, irrational structure pool, there is difficulty in slag digester, gas poor, exudates leaks, defects such as short life; using gas, biogas slurry, residue lack of standardized, scientific and procedural management, arbitrary large; farmers of utilizing biogas, biogas slurry, residue have no bases, professional, corporate production, so that the ecological efficiency, economic and social effects are not fully realized.3, In process of organic vegetable production in greenhouses, by adding slurry residue and for spraying, can yield 16.5% every mu, production potential is very significant; energy multi-use material can reduce the chemical fertilizer (N), liquid leaven (plant growth regulator), pesticide application rate of 70%,67% and 67%, biogas can significantly improve the physical and chemical properties of soil, improve soil fertility, to farming support to enhance agricultural production capacity, promote sustainable agriculture development purposes; biogas alternative energy saving benefits of coal resources significantly, sulfur dioxide, smoke, sewage pollution of the environment to reduce emissions, can effectively improve the rural environment.
