This study uses experimental method and field production survey-based researchmethod. The essay starts from the the concept of pollution-freevegetables and organicvegetable technology development status at home and abroad. By researching into the basicsituation of the development of pollution-free vegetables industry, the application of relatedtechnologies of pollution-free vegetable production and currently existing problems inShaanxi Province, Feng County, this article states the significance of the current developmentof pollution-free vegetables. By exploring,researching and applying the significanttechnologies such as biogas, swatches, insect net and intercropping that are suitable for actualproduction in Feng County, summarizing relevant theoretical knowledge, designing differentcomparative experiments, comparing and analyzing results and test data with differentmodels of field, combining with field survey analysis, this essay analyzes growth ofplants,traits of agricultural products, pest incidence, sum agricultural production andeconomic analysis, so as to have experimental resultsto find suitable techniques and methodsof production of pollution-free vegetables.Promoting pollution-free vegetable cultivation,improving the technological content of production of pollution-free vegetables, optimizingthe structure of the varieties of pollution-free vegetables can achieve the goal of high-quality,stability and high yield, which can increase the income of farmers.This essay is written toprovide strong technical supports for the development of industry of pollution-freevegetables.The main results of the paper are as follows:1. Experiment by using biogas manure, slurry gas and biogas fertilizer on greenhousecucumbercan accelerate crop growth, reduce the incidence of pests and diseases by26%,increase the average single weight by7.2%and improve crop yield by22.3%per mu.2.Experiment by using yellow and blue panels on cabbage in the open field shows that,yellow plates reduced theaverageincidence of pests by11.19%, and improved crop yield by17.3%per mu.Using blue plates can reduce theaverageincidence of pests by3.77%, andimprove crop yield by6.94%per mu. 3.Experiment by using silver gray insect net on cabbage in the open field can reducetheincidence of pests by21.14%and improvecrop yield by12.83%per mu.4.Experiment by using intercroppingtechnology among vegetables can achieve highereconomic yield per unit. By using capsicum-corn intercropping patterns can reducecapsicumdiseaseincidenceby16%and increase total yield of corn by510kg per mu.Byusingcucumbers-garlic intercropping patterns can reducecucumber Fusarium wilt incidenceby13%and increasegarlicagricultural production1544kg per mu.
