Detection And Analysis Of Antibody Level Against The Porcine Reproductive And Respiratory Syndrom, Porcine Pseudorabies And Classical Swine Fever In Luohe Of Henan Province

Porcine Reproductive and Respiratory Syndrom (PRRS),Porcine Pseudorabies(P R)and Swine Fever(SF) are most common reproductive disorder in sow,immunizatio n is the main measures to control this three infectious diseases.In order to know about the regional immune status in Luohe district,Henan, providing a reference and a furthe r research for the cases and precautions of the common swine diseases. We collected 2 348 serum samples from swine precaval vein and detected the antibodylevel of the Po rcine Pseudorabies (PR),Porcine Reproductive and Respiratory Syndrom(PRRS),and Swine Fever(SF).Experimental results show that:in 2012,2013,2014 swine average pseudo rabies(PR)vaccine immunization positive rate was 82.78%,89.17%,81.70%; Average of porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome(PRRS)vaccine immunizati on positive rate was 81.45%,85.41%,81.33%;Average of classical swine fever(SF) vaccine immunization positive rate were 78.8%,71.92%,82.04%.The result shows:the Porcine Reproductive and Respiratory Syndrom (PRRS), Porcine Pseudorabies (PR)immunization level is relatively stable, may be this immune program adapt to the local environment,this two vaccine except for inject thr ee separate doses a year and also increased with fetal immune, but the Swine Fever(SF) immunization level is highly volatile.By comparing the immune effect of the correlation analysis between this three ki nds of vaccines, we found that the Porcine Pseudorabies (PR) vaccine immunizationq ualified rate is proportional to and Porcine Reproductive and Respiratory Syndrom (P RR.S), but swine fever vaccine immunization qualified rate is not regular, although this result highly than 70% immunity qualified standard of national requirements herd, but less than 85% actual production requirements,so the epidemic situation is not optimistic.
