Potato has a high nutritional value. In production, potato susceptible various virus,because of virus potato asexual reproduction in successive years accumulated that causepotato degradation. At present, there are no reagent can only kill the plants of viruses but notdamage the potato. Using potato virus-free technology can keep the potato healthy and highyield. Application of potato virus-free technology is the main technical measures to solvepotato degradation, it become a worldwide development potato production now.The potato technology of inducted microtuber made potato induction technology movinginto a new stage, but the potato technology of inducted microtuber had no system oftechnology, and technology immature,lead inducted microtuber high cost, made potato yieldslow, no suitable for mass production, so the advantage of microtuber had no reflected.This experiment through the system test design, use netherlands potato,chuanshu3wereused as testing materials, by adding different concentration phytohormone NAA,KT,6-BA,2,4-D, IAA,CCC,PP333and GA3,explored the interaction of plant growth and differentphytohormone under the23℃,4000lx,14h/d condition, studied the influence of differenttreatment on microtuber induction, the influence of sucrose concentration and differentphytohormone on microtuber induction.The results showed that only used KT had strongly inhibit on potato plant; CCC andPP333had no effect on potato plant grown; NAA was obviously induct on potato root grown,when the concentration of NAA is0.2mg/L the speed of root growth rate is0.75n/d;6-BAwas obviously induct on potato leaves grown, when the concentration of6-BA is0.1mg/L thespeed of leaves growth rate is0.24n/d; the low concentration of IAA was obviously induct onpotato grown, when the concentration of IAA is0.1mg/L the speed of height growth rate is0.39cm/d, High concentration of IAA made the plantlets produce the normal plant、shortplant and callus plant three different physiological phenomena. The combination of NAA and6-BA enhanced the potato plant induction. Under the condition of whole day light,use MS+NAA0.1mg/L+6-BA0.05mg/L+GA30.1mg/L after14-28d that could obtain microtuber.The comparison8%concentration of sucrose and6%concentration of sucrose,high concentration of sucrose against the potato root grown and microtuber induction. Under darktreatment was better than under light treatment,liquid culture medium was better than solidculture medium, the combination of dark treatment and light treatment is the best treatmentfor microtuber induction.
