Objective: Combined with resistant crops pathogenic fungal activity experiment and chemical component extraction method, Study on the effective parts and effective components from Wisteria sinensis Sweet Caulis with the anti-crop pathogenic fungi active.Methods: The crossing method had been used to determine the inhibitory effects of thedifferent solvents extract of Wisteria sinensis tumor had a chemical composition studies,using a variety of chromatographic methods of active separation.The structure of themonomer compounds were determined by mass spectrometry,nuclear magneticresonance techniques.Results: Wisteria sinensis Sweet Caulis contains rich composition with the anti-crop pathogenic fungi active.Isolated and identified a total of20compounds,asfollows:dibutyl phthalate(1), diacetonealcohol(2), pinoresinol(3), p-hydroxybenzal dehyde(4), soyasapogenol E(5), syringaresinol(6),11b-hydroxy-11b,1-dihydromedicar(7),(3S)-7-O-methylvestitol(8),(6aS,11aS)-medicarpin(9), β-sitosterol(10), β-daucosterol(11), stellasterol(12), oleanic acid(13), olean-12-ene-3-oxo-22,24-diol(14), betulinic acid(15).2,,4,,4-hydroxy-chalcone (16)avicularin(17), quercitirn(18).Conclusion: Compound1,2,3,12,13,14,16,17,18were isolated from Wisteriasinensis Sweet Caulis for the first time. Compound6,8,17have the active of anti-crop pathogenic fungi.
