Transplanting mechanism is the core component of vegetable transplanter, its performancedetermines the level of transplanting machine. Therefore, in vegetable breeding transplantertransplanting mechanism mostly in planting mechanical power under the conditions allowed,transplanting mechanism reaches a certain speed, there will be planting action, such as: themistake of the vegetable seedling throwing this to the ground and other issues.This paper studiesthe vegetable transplanter transplanting mechanism adopts MATLAB-Simulink, Pro/E etc.computer simulation software, and carries out the experiment study. The main research work andconclusions are as follows:(1) The vegetable transplanter transplanting mechanism kinematic analysis, establish themotion model, using Pro/E software to optimize the insertion mechanism on planting apparatustrajectory, the ideal mechanism parameters.(2) Inserting mechanism dynamics model to create a vegetable transplanter, usingMATLAB-Simulink to simulate the model. In the transplanting absolute motion locus of300mmheight, Vertical constraint force0.48KN, Crank torque1700N*M, Rocker angular velocity4rad/s, Rocker angular acceleration0.28rad/s2,Planting arm angular velocity3.4rad/s, Plantingarm angular acceleration0.27rad/s2,With the actual production of dynamics and kinematics ofrequirements.(3) Based on the above result, the Oriental PF455S walking transplanter machine improvedvegetable transplanter transplanting mechanism structure size and working parameters weremodified. Through experiments, the experimental factors of graphics, visual image reflects thechanges in the planting process mechanism of vegetable transplanter. When the unit speedat0.3~0.45m/s, The relative position of roller for20mm, The seedling feeding cylinder verticalangle in the13~18range, Transplanter transplanting mechanism and working stability isgood, seedling planting quality can reach the agricultural standard.Analysis and simulation by separating planting mechanism dynamics theory, the numericalexperiments, to improve the expected effect of transplanting mechanism stable workperformance, but also for the vegetable transplanter further research provides data parameters.
