In order to clear the effects of magnesium sulfate on the growth development,yield and quality of rice, combined with pot test and field test,adopted randomized block design, taked Kenjiandao5, Dongnong428, Longjing31, Kongyu131and Miaoxiangjing1as experimental materials, The results showed out as follows:1. All the treatments could increase the net photosynthetic rate, intercellular CO2concentration and stomatal conductance of heading, maturity stage and grain filling stage of Dongnong428and Kenjiandao5.The net photosynthetic rate of100%interim application of Kenjiandao5was the highest in filling stage and heading stage. The net photosynthetic rate of grain filling stage of all treatments higher than that of CK. The net photosynthetic rate of2%concentration of middle leaf spraying of filling stage was the highest, grain filling stage was the infrastructure50%and interim50%treatment.2. The yield of100%infrastructure was the highest of Kenjiandao5,18.14%higher than CK in Daqing pot test.The yield of100%interim application of Dongnong428was the highest. The100%interim application treatment of Dongnong428and Kenjiandao5was the highest yield of856zone,respectively7.01%and6.86%higher than that of CK;The yield of infrastructure50%and interim50%was the highest of Miaoxiangjing1,11.10%higher than CK. Longjing31yield of Baoquanling zone was the highest at100%interim application,15.00%higher than CK,the yield of infrastructure50%and interim50%of Kongyu131was the highest,10.05%higher than CK.The yield of Kenjiandao5and Dongnong428could be improved by the way of application of100%interim.3. The treatment with the highest head rice rate of Dongnong428was2%the middle leaf spraying., the treatment of Kenjiandao5was2%the middle leaf spraying treatment,and the treatment of Miaoxiangjing1was100%infrastructure. The the chalky rice rate and chalkiness of all the treatments of Kenjiandao5in the ecological zones were higher than that of CK, and reached significant or extremely significant level. The taste value of100%infrastructure and interim application of Kenjiandao5in Daqing were the highest, significantly higher than CK,the taste value of2%the middle leaf spraying of Dongnong428was the highest, significantly higher than CK.The treatment with the highest taste value of Kenjiandao5and Dongnong428was 100%infrastructure in856zone,and Miaoxiangjing I was the100%interim application treatment. The treatment with the highest taste value of Longjing31and Kongyu131was100%interim application in Baoquanling zone,and the difference with CK reached significant level. Therefore, the taste value of Kenjiandao5and Dongnong428could be improved by the way of application of100%infrastructure in856zone.The taste value of Longjing31and Kongyu131could be improved by the way of application of100%interim.4. The crude fat content of all the treatments of Kenjiandao5was lower than that of CK, and2%the middle leaf spraying was the lowest.The treatment with the lowest crude fat content of Dongnong428was infrastructure50%and interim50%treatment.The Mg/K Mass ratio and Mg/K equivalence ratio of100%infrastructure treatment of Kenjiandao5was the highest.The N content of Kenjiandao5and Dongnong428had negative correlation with taste value,the total Mg content had positive correlation with taste value,the total Mg content had correlation with total K content.The taste value of the two varieties had positive correlation with Mg/K, Mg/N,Mg/K+N,and reached significant level with Mg/N mass ratio and Mg/(K+N) mass ratio.
