The Effect Of Agricultural Technology Need To Outsourcing Of Agricultural Production Process

China is country with large agricultural need. Agriculture is the foundation of the national economy, and food production is the foundation of the agricultural. Food production is the main source of income of the farmers. The food industry related to the stability and development of the agricultural. So the food problem is a big problem that affects people’s living. Jiangsu Province,as major grain-producing provinces, is facing the problem of insufficient food production since the increase in population, laborand the decline in the quality of land. The best way to solve this problem is through the use of agricultural science and technology to improve rice production. When technology cannot be mastered by the farmers, the best way to meet the need of agricultural technology is to outsource production process. This innovative method can meet the need of farmers and therefore increase the production. Hence, the study of farmers’technology need and outsourcing behavior can improve the agricultural modernization and with great importance.Based on literature review, this study conducts descriptive analysis on the need of agricultural technology and outsourcing behavior by using the theories on farmer behavior, technology need and outscoring behavior. Then this study analyze the determinant of farmers’ agricultural technology need by using Logistic model, and then analyze the determinant of tech-intensify process in rice production and other processes.From the survey, this study concludes that the agricultural technology need is urgent,88.79%, and86.04%of farmers in Jiangsu outsource the rice production. But most farmers outsource the labor-intensify processes. The empirical analysis found that the agricultural technology need is affected by age, education, part-time job, machine value, location, income, production process, and technology promotion. Agricultural technology needs have significant positive influence on labor-intensive production processes and semi-labor-intensive production processes. And technology needs have insignificant influence on tech-intensive processes.Based on survey in Jiangsu Province, this study improves the needs of farmers and outsourcing behavior, and then improves the modernization of agriculture.
