China is a big agricultural country.After entering the 21 st century,China has made rapid development in economy,industry,science and technology,and military.It is committed to building a harmonious society.Among them,the harmonious development of man and nature is mainly reflected in agricultural development.On December 12,2012,the State Council issued the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan for Circular Economy Development Plan",which stated that it is necessary to speed up the formation of a resource recycling system and cover the whole society.In 2017,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council jointly issued the "Opinions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council on Deepening the Structural Reform of the Agricultural Supply Side and Accelerating the Cultivation of New Developments in Agricultural and Rural Development".The paper once again proposed "green production methods",which is conducive to agriculture.Sustainable development.Agricultural production is based on the use of natural resources to achieve economic benefits.In this process,the application of fertilizers and pesticides and the application of plastic film affect the soil structure,irrigation also requires a large amount of water resources.Therefore,the "green production method" is a large number of performances.For the use of science and technology in agricultural production,in addition to large-scale machinery to replace artificial,improved seeds,improve the decomposition rate of fertilizers,pesticides,etc.,it is also reflected in the breakthrough of planting technology.The new planting technology can synchronize the agricultural production and the optimization of the natural environment.The advanced application of technology and promotion has become a key content in regional agricultural development and a hot topic in the field of agricultural development research in China.Rice is an important food crop in China.Rice cultivation is an important project in agricultural production in Northeast China.Compared with the inland areas of Northeast China,Yanbian Prefecture,which has abundant water resources and abundant natural resources,produces more rice as its main crop.Farmers in the rice producing areas of Yanbian Prefecture use rice cultivation as their main source of economic income.High-efficiency rice cultivation technology has been officially established in Antu County,Yanbian Prefecture since 2015.It has been successively put into use in major rice producing areas.Miao Zhuang,pollution-free,water-saving and high-yield are the advantages of high-efficiency rice cultivation techniques.However,one third of the rice farmers in Yanbian still have not adopted this planting technique.How to promote advanced agricultural production technology has become the main problem to be solved by the Yanbian government to develop sustainable agriculture.Understanding the factors affecting rice growers' selection of high-efficiency rice cultivation techniques can not only promote the further promotion of this technology,but also help the Yanbian government.Provide guidance on future agricultural technology promotion.In this study,rice growers in eight rice producing areas of Yanbian were selected as the research objects,and the influencing factors of high light efficiency rice cultivation technology selection were discussed.The research is divided into four parts.In the first part,literature analysis is used to sort out the relevant research at home and abroad,clarify the research ideas,clarify the research purpose,and find out the theory and technology suitable for this study.In the second part,data analysis is used to analyze the development of rice planting in Yanbian according to the data provided by Yanbian statistical yearbook,Yanbian government and relevant agricultural units In the third part,questionnaire survey and data analysis are used to investigate the actual situation of high light efficiency rice cultivation technology selection of rice growers in Yanbian Prefecture and the problems related to rice production.Binary logistic model is used to establish the different behaviors and high light efficiency cultivation technology selection of rice growers Regression analysis was carried out to discuss the correlation between various factors in rice planting and the selection of high light efficiency cultivation techniques for rice growers.The results are as follows: first,the rice production situation in Yanbian is affected by the choice of agricultural technology.With the continuous expansion of rice production area,the farmers who adopt high light efficiency rice cultivation technology have more stable production and higher income;second,the selection of high light efficiency rice cultivation technology has no significant relationship with the general demographic characteristics of rice farmers,but it has no significant relationship with the general demographic characteristics of rice farmers Investment in production funds,industrial production,government policies and natural resource conditions are positively related.The more money the farmers have to put into production,carry out multi household joint production,timely access to technical information,enjoy government guaranteed loans,good natural environment and convenient planting conditions,the more inclined they are to choose high light efficiency rice production technology.
