In recent years, the development of the factory-like production of the white Flammulina velutipes is extremely rapid. Many years’ large-scale production has lead to the degradation of the white mushroom spawn in some factories, serious reduction in production, poor agronomic traits, which have bad effects on the sales of flammulina and effectiveness of the factories. In addition, the improper use of strain and the low quality have attracted the attention of major companies, which is of great significance to the correct choice of the varieties of white F. velutipes and the rapid detection system of the standardized development of the quality of strains. This study does a research on the seed selection of the new variety of Flammulina valutipes by cultivated fruiting test antagonist, the SRAP kinship analysis, strain dynamic quickly determine system protoplast mononuclear, alone hybridization and Di-monad breeding technology. In this study,14white F. valutipes strains from major factory-like production in the East long the mainstream of the Triangle area are used as as materials. The main findings are as follows:(1)14F. velutipes strains antagonism experiment results show that most of the strains are formed in antagonistic lines.The14strains are divided into3groups, which is consistent with SRAP cluster analysis and further proves the reliability that antagonism results can be regarded as identification and discriminant of F. velutipes strains kinship.(2) The rapid test whether the bacteria are degenerated shows that the YBLB of medium of F35, F36, F37, F39, F43, F45, F46, F47, F48turn yellow, and the D values of decolorization rate are above50%with strong decoloration ability. It holds that the degeneration of nine varieties is not obvious with high vitality. Except individual F. velutipes strains, most strains with high vitality has strong fertility, and better agronomic traits.(3) The cultivation experiment results show that the best variety is the F48with its vitality detection D value of58.69%. The production of a single bottle is280g withthe same cap. The stipe, straight and dense, ranges from16to18cm. The minimum of fruiting is51days, so this species can be used as the commercial varieties of factories. (4) Mon-Mon hybridization and Di-Mon hybridization show that the hybridization between15pairs of monokaryons, a total of1597pairs combination, generate a total of112mon-mon hybrids with an acquisiton rate of7.01%; the hybridization between8pairs of monokaryons and dicaryon, a total of48pairs, generate a total of39mon-di hybrids with an acquisiton rate of7.01%, which helps the strain with dicaryon realize distinctive preponderant agronomic trait.(5) The preliminary screening of the excellent hybrids shows that71primary hybrids vitality test results indicate that there are12strains which the D value is greater than40%. Except individual situation, under normal circumstances, the vitality of the monokaryon generated from the crossing parent stains is strong, and the vitality of its hybrids is also strong, which also points out the direction for further selection of the crossing parent stains of F. velutipes.(6) Preliminary screening of the45hybrids incubator fruiting experimental results show that mon-mon hybrids and mon-di hybrids inherit the traits of both parents. Considering the agronomic traits and yield factors, all hybrids improve compared with the parent species improvements. Among those, the agronomic trait which has been greatly improved is F374506. Compared with, the i mycelium full bottle time less than F37, F45least3days time. The F374506is white as a whole, taking a hemispherical shape without parachute. The average diameter of the cap is0.5-1cm. The color of the strain is milky white. The strain is straight and thick. The crispy head of the F. velutipes has a number of300-310, glabrous base. It is glabrous on the handle with no adhesion between the handle. It can be regarded as the commercial variety of factory-like production. Besides, seven excellent hybrids need further larger-scale fruiting trials and further validation.The F374506is white as a whole, taking a hemispherical shape without parachute. The average diameter of the cap is0.5-1cm. The color of the strain is milky white. The strain is straight and thick. The crispy head of the F. velutipes has a number of300-310, glabrous base. It is glabrous on the handle with no adhesion between the handle. It can be regarded as the commercial variety of factory-like production. Besides, seven excellent hybrids also have a factory production potential of fine strains.
