With the development of modern facility agriculture, the technique of greenhouse has been widely utilized. Production increased by modern high-efficiency agriculture, at the same time, there are many problems to be solved. For example, with multiple cropping index, soil obstacles were led to by continuous cropping; The accumulation of a large number of residues after the crop fruit harvest caused environmental problems and so on. Crop residue belonging to organic compounds can be used as the materials of anaerobic fermentation, in order to be treated harmlessly and produce biomass energy. That the digester is constructed in the greenhouse can dispose plant residue in time so that maintaining the hygiene, preventing germs from spreading, biogas slurry residue used as fertilizer to application to soil, increasing soil fertility, combustion of the biogas produced can not only warm the greenhouse in the winter, but also CO2can also be used as gas fertilizer to facilities crops. This article focuses on the problems containing the poor management of the digester in greenhouse, low gas production in winter and irrational use of biogas slurry residue, so that the technology of construction of biogas digesters in the greenhouse to be further promoted.1.setting three TS concentrations:8%,10%and12%,different fermentation substrate concentration making effect on greenhouse facility digesters starting is investigated in winter. As a result, when the temperature of the digesters is8-12℃,12%substrate concentration can reach max gas production rate of83.7m3-(tTS)-1. Moreover, two treats of fresh cow dung and the mixture fresh cow drug with crushed com stalks are set to research different fermentation substrate composition making effect on staring and gas production of the digesters in winter. The results show that the mixture fresh cow drug with crushed com stalks produce gas earlier, accumulative TS production gas rate to98.37m3·(tTS)-1, more36.74%than the treat of fresh cow drug added.2. The yield and nutritional quality of strawberry is significantly improved by fermentation products from the digesters:growth plant satisfies the standard of market10days earlier than that of the control. Improving the photosynthesis of strawberry and chlorophyll content, the weight of every strawberry fruit increasing by2.90%-3.79%, sugar acid ratio increasing by4.71%in Ningyu; the weight of every strawberry fruit increasing by7.50%-8.01%, sugar acid ratio increasing by13.65%in Hongjia; the content of Vc in the treatment is more than in the CK. However, the effect of biogas slurry on the prevention and control of bacteria is not obvious and the environmental condition is very important.3. The digesters in the greenhouse can reduce the production of greenhouse gas emissions of fecal direct application and increase economic efficiency by7.51%~14.56%.
