Comparative Study On Facility Cultivated Strawberry Varieties In Aksu,Xinjiang

Strawberry is characterized by rich nutrition,high economic benefits and also deeply loved by consumers,However,introduction and cultivation in production blindly will cause huge losses.In this study,various of strawberries such as‘Akihime’,‘Miao Xiang 3’,‘Gan Lu’,‘Sui Zhu’and‘Benihoppe（CK）’as has been tested and compared for facility strawberry varieties in Aksu area.This experiment adopts the experimental design of single factor complete random block,by comparing and analyzing the survival rate,rejuvenation period,phenological period,botanical characters,disease and insect resistance,fruit quality and yield of different strawberry varieties,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation analysis method was used to comprehensively evaluate to screen out strawberry varieties that have excellent comprehensive characteristics as well as suitable for facility cultivation,in order to improve economic benefits of strawberry cultivation,and provide theoretical basis for the introduction and promotion of quality strawberry varieties in Aksu,Xinjiang.The main study results are as follows:（1）Variety resistance:there was no significant difference in the survival rate of seedlings of the 5strawberry varieties,all above 88.90%,‘Benihoppe’is the lowest;the rejuvenation period is 5days and there is little difference.The powdery mildew susceptibility rate is between 0%and 13.33%.‘Miao Xiang3’has the best resistance to powdery mildew,followed by‘Sui zhu’and‘Akihime’In terms of insect resistance,‘Miao Xiang 3’,‘Gan Lu’,and‘Benihoppe’were superior to‘Sui Zhu’and‘Akihime’.（2）Phenological period:among the 5 strawberry varieties,‘Sui Zhu’has a growth period of 113 days,which is an extremely early-maturing variety and can be marketed in mid-December;‘Miao Xiang 3’and‘Gan lu’were early-maturing varieties with a growth period of 119 days and 126 days respectively,and were available in late December.‘Akihime’and‘Benihoppe’were mid-early maturing varieties,with growth periods of 149days and 154 days respectively,and will go on the market in late January.（3）Botanical characters:these five strawberry varieties has significant differences in plant height,with the highest of‘Sui Zhu’being 22.70 cm;also significant differences in petiole length,leaf length,leaf width,and leaf area.‘Benihoppe’was the largest,was 12.30 cm,16.25 cm,11.41 cm,and 135.45 cm².The crown width has significantly difference,in descending order:‘Benihoppe’>‘Sui Zhu’>‘Gan Lu’>‘Akihime’>‘Miao Xiang 3’.（4）Fruit quality:the appearance and shape of the 5 strawberry varieties has little difference,and the color is mostly red;the average weight of single fruit was 15-21.05g,the largest was‘Miao Xiang 3’,Fruit hardness was 0.23-0.28 kg/cm²;the soluble solid content was 10.89-15.54%;soluble sugar was between7.31-10.46%;the titratable acid was 0.37-0.73%;the protein content was 3.73-5.39 mg/g;the flavonoid content was 0.58-0.69 mg/g,the total phenol content was 4.06-5.34 mg/g.（5）Output characteristics:yield per mu‘Miao Xiang 3’(1.87 t/667 m²),‘Gan Lu’（1.62 t/667 m²）>‘Akihime’（1.41 t/667 m²）>‘Benihoppe（1.33 t/667 m²）>‘Sui Zhu’（1.29 t/667 m²）（6）Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation:‘Miao Xiang 3’>‘Gan Lu’>‘Sui Zhu’>‘Benihoppe’>‘Akihime’.（7）Economic benefits:The per mu benefits‘Miao Xiang 3’（11.22 wan yuan）.>‘Gan Lu’（10.64 wan yuan）>‘Sui Zhu’（8.96 wan yuan）>‘Akihime’（8.35 wan yuan）>‘Benihoppe’（7.67 wan yuan）.‘Miao Xiang 3’,‘Gan lu’,‘Sui Zhu’and‘Akihime’were excellent varieties suitable for cultivation in Aksu,Xinjiang,which the‘Miao Xiang 3’best,followed by‘Gan lu’,‘Sui Zhu’,‘Akihime’.‘Miao Xiang3’was early-maturing,high yield,has the best resistance powdery mildew and aphid;‘Gan lu’was early-maturing,comparatively high yield,has the best resistance red spider;‘Sui Zhu’was extremely early-maturing,has Solid acid ratio,best taste;‘Akihime’was mid-early maturing,comparatively high yield.
