As a vast agricultural country, a stable agricultural output is the vital guarantee for the social stability and development. Therefore, prompt and efficient agro-meteorological service guarantees the secured processing and successful accomplishment of agricultural production. Up to present, agro-meteorological service platform is established on the basis of provincial, city and county levels, whose ability is limited in terms of providing specified, customized and professionalized information for a small-scale area. According to the feature of agricultural ecological garden, based on the collecting and processing of the abundant real-time data gathered from the automatic measure and control system, agro-meteorological service platform in this study, providing users with all sorts of agricultural service products and launching interactive information service through multi-channels, is an accomplishment of the combination of meteorological data, forecasting information and information receiving, also an establishment of a distinctive interactive meteorological information service platform with the features of agricultural ecological gardens.(1) This platform combines automatic measure and control system, agro-meteorological service system and information receiving system in the agricultural ecological gardens, which is able to accomplish data collecting, analyzing, publishing and receiving by one-stop, integrate all sorts of agro-meteorological resources and provide agro-meteorological service practitioners, users and system managers with a unified professional platform.(2) The automatic measure and control system utilize the result of data collecting within it as major supporting statistic for the platform, satisfying agro-meteorological service practitioners and users demands for meteorological data resources. The system performs real-time monitor of the meteorological data, so as to producing efficient self-forewarning information, guarantees successful progressing of agricultural production.(3) The agro-meteorological service system functions as the platform of comprehensive agro-meteorological data producer, publisher and reference. Through this platform, agro-meteorological service practitioners can produce and publish agro-meteorological service products, carry out manually forecasting, inquire data, achieve information pushing and so on, and can offer better service through multi-channels such as the internet and SMS.(4) The information receiving system of this platform is able to receiving servicing products of various types and rich contents and different sorts of agricultural disasters’ forecasting. Additionally, customers are provided with customized data inquiry and agricultural disasters self-warning reminder. Moreover, the platform is also a forum for users communication and interaction, thus develops users custom of understanding and exploiting information, most importantly, changes agro-meteorological service’s receiving pattern from passive receiving of users to active customization and promotes the development of agricultural information.In the process of designing and accomplishing of this study platform, by integrating several technological researching methods, grounded on the users’ actual demands, striving to meet different demands of different types of users, the researcher makes a helpful attempt to establish specified, diversified, professionalized small-scale agricultural service platform.
