With the development of information technology, information management system of agriculturalmachinery has become an inevitable trend to promote the development of agricultural mechanization.However, agricultural information service can’t meet the demand of market and the vast majority of ruralfarmers’requirements.Therefore,the research and development of a comprehensive agricultural informationservice platform help to improve the agricultural public service levels, and promote the application ofinformation technology in all aspects of the farm machinery industry, give full play to the supporting roleof information technology in agricultural mechanization, initiative guide information technology andmechanization to deeply integrated, to promote the stable development of agricultural industry.Based on the analysis of the Xinjiang agricultural information network construction present situation, theservice system of agricultural machinery industry business needs as the basis,combined with the projectbackground of " Xinjiang agricultural information service platform" in Xinjiang Admininstration of AgriculturalMachinery.Through analyzed all of above,the paper points out the importance of construction of agriculturalinformation service platform.Through the research of Xinjiang agricultural machinery integrated information service platformconstruction and the reference for the development of the agriculture information service situation at home andabroad, establish the platform framework using J2EE three-tier B/S architecture, clear platform technologyselection and construction principles.In addition, a detailed analysis of the overall design of the platform, thedemand for agricultural analysis and the design of the system in several major functional modules are given bythis paper.According to the actual survey results of the user requirements analysis, in the service oriented designprinciples, used HTML, Javascript, Access database combined with ASP technology to establish a agriculturalexpert consult which under the design of the B/S mode.Introduced the key technology of the system. Hopedthat there are some certain application reference value in solving practical issues.Finally,this paper summarizesthe work done in the agricultural process of building integrated service platform,and puts forward thecountermeasures of the development of platform.
