Pleurotus eryngii cultivation is very dependent on the environment in the fruiting body growing. Temperature, humidity and carbon dioxide concentration are key factors affecting the normal growth of the fruiting body. Currently, the temperature and humidity studies have basically sound in fruiting growth stage. It is also achieved good results in the actual production process. However, for the study of the carbon dioxide concentration is rarely. In the actual production, the regulation of carbon dioxide concentration depends on the basic human experience. This severely restricts the cultivation of Pleurotus factory. In order to achieve the factory Pleurotus cultivation, Understanding the mechanism of carbon dioxide concentration in the fruiting stage and circular migration patterns of carbon dioxide concentration within the cultivation environment are very necessary. This paper studies the carbon dioxide concentration on the relationship between the morphology of the fruiting body in the fruiting growth stage, fruiting bodies of respiration rate in each stage, carbon dioxide concentration model in the community-type fruiting cultivation environment and the control methods of carbon dioxide concentration. Test device measuring respiration rate of fruiting bodies was built. Fruiting cultivation and management at different concentrations of carbon dioxide is completed. By collating and analyzing experimental data, this paper obtained the following conclusions:(1) Low concentration of carbon dioxide is conducive to the growth of cap diameter and cap thickness. But in this case, the gills grow faster and spread earlier. This is not conducive to the stored of fruiting body nutrients. The impact of carbon dioxide concentration on the diameter of the stalk is not obvious. Low and high concentrations of carbon dioxide are conducive to stretch the length of the stalk. Fruiting cultivation exceed three days in the environment over3500PPM. The density decreased. The stipe is hollow. The soft is texture.(2) With the increase in the number of days of cultivation fruiting, fruiting respiration rate had a slow growth trend in the first four days of training. But more than four days, respiration rate values are gradually reduced.Based on the above analysis of the theoretical and experimental treatment data, in this paper, BP neural network model for community carbon dioxide concentration in the fruiting body cultivation environment is studied. Changing trends in the growth phase of the carbon dioxide concentration in the cultivation environment is clear. Based on the analysis of carbon dioxide concentration model features in community-style cultivation environment and the analysis of the conventional PID control strategy, this paper presents a fuzzy PID control strategy and have a comparative analysis of the simulation. This provides a theoretical basis for the precise regulation of carbon dioxide concentration.
