Pleurotus eryngii’s market prospect is good as a kind of famous medicinal fungus in China. In order to obtain the better quality and higher yield for pleurotus eryngii, via ningxia southern mountain pleurotus eryngii cultivation as the backing, in the case of the factory production of pleurotus eryngii into different growth phases and temperature and humidity set, combined with the wireless remote environment factor monitoring system. we completed the primordium cultivation experiments under different CO2 concentration by using existing environment for different CO2 concentration in the campus. We mainly collected CO2 concentration and the original data, such as number and area under the plant condition of the primordium pleurotus.By the method of sealing system, pleurotus eryngii respiration model are studied, and based on breathing model, the relationship between CO2 concentration and time can be with y=a*x+b in different days, the value of R is more than 0.95. The influence in primordium pleurotus formation stage under different CO2 concentration can be fit by the three order mathematical expression y=a*x∧2+b*x+c, and the fitting effect is analyzed. Than in turn, we established the changing model of number and area for the primordium pleurotus at different times and different CO2 concentration. The value of R is more than 0.8. The model has better prediction effect. Known by the BP neural network model, the original model based of CO2 concentration has the error between actual value and model simulation. In this paper, fuzzy PID controller was designed by the neural network prediction error, and than the simulation and analysis of relevant data were done. In this paper, through the acquisition of test data’s sorting, modification and analysis, the paper had got the following related conclusions.(1) With the increase of the primordium pleurotus training days, the respiratory rate values of the primordium grows in the late primordium formation. The respiratory rate of the primordium is more and more stronger.(2) The influence of CO2 concentration to primordium number and area is larger.When the CO2 concentration is lower than 1500 PPM, the number of the primordium pleurotus increases. With the CO2 concentration’s elevating, the growth rate of primordium number is smaller and smaller. While the CO2 concentrations is within the scope of 2500-3500 PPM, the rate of primordium’s area coverage is larger. CO2 concentration for too low or too high is against to the original base coverage’s expanding.(3) In the growth of the early stage of the primordium formation, suitable CO2 concentration environment is about 1000-1500 PPM, generally two to three days. Late primordium formation for 2500-3500 PPM, usually for two days.(4) The regulation of CO2 concentration on the cultivation environment is achieved mainly through sealing time and ventilation time’s settinging. Ventilation environment concentration could fall to the pleurotus shed buffer area level after the 15 min ventilation time.
