The results show that both the ethyl acetate extract and n-butanol extract can improve the mice suffered organ damage, reduce the quality of the liver, spleen and brain to improve quality, mushroom fruiting body extract can improve because of D- galactose-induced Aging mouse serum SOD and GHS-Px, reduced MDA content, while each treatment group can significantly improve the mouse heart, brain and liver SOD, MDA and GSH-Px levels, indicating a certain mushroom extracts in vivo antioxidant activity, the mechanism may be related to the mushroom extract can remove the body of excess free radicals.
