| The thesis based on the project "research on automatic production completesets of equipment technology for rice bud", carried out the work on productiontechnology and equipment in rice bud aspects emphatically. As we all know, rice isone of the most important grain crops in China. As the largest rice production baseof China, Heilongjiang province has made tremendous contributions to the nationalfood safety production. Heilongjiang province has been committed to improve ricestandardized production level and mechanization level in the whole rice productionprocess so as to increase rice yields and total output. The rice bud production is anindispensable important link in rice production, and its production has beenchanged to the direction of large and medium scale. The industrialized budproduction makes it possible to reduce labor intensity and production cost,increase bud quality and production efficiency, and has achieved excellentaccelerating germination effect.This thesis mainly studies the technologies and equipments for rice budproduction. Through the analysis and research on problems existed in traditionalseed soaking and germination accelerating, such as non-uniform oxygen andheating, bud burned, incomplete budding, and etc,Combining with theproduction of bud of essential factors of temperature, oxygen and water demand,formulate a scientific and reasonable rice bud production process. By comparingthe optimization analysis, in combination with economy and market, and incombination with agricultural machinery and agronomy, and a rice bud productionequipment,which can realize whole process intelligent control of temperature,water volume, and oxygen content during seed soaking, budding, andgermination accelerating, had been designed. By such equipment, thediscontinuous and semi-mechanized state of traditional bud production could beimproved. The equipment has the following innovations:1. Realized energy-saving hot water preparation2. Realized liquid reversing by single pump3. Realized dynamic germination accelerating with spray oxygenation4. Realized bottom filter for seed soaking and germination accelerating tank 5. Realized continuous and mechanized seed separationThe intelligent rice bud production technology and equipment described in thisthesis is of integrated to increase rice yield level for high and cold area. Throughthe automatic, intelligent, and centralized seed soaking and germinationaccelerating, not only the continuous mechanical automatic seed separation,oxygenation rapid budding, and energy-saving hot water preparation could berealized, but also the temperature and liquid level in the whole process of seedsoaking, budding, and germination accelerating could be intelligently controlled,and thereby significantly the rice bud and seedling quality is improved, the budproduction cycle is reduced, and the production efficiency is increased, and therice output will be raised. The entire set of equipment has the following advantages:high intellectualization and automation, good bud quality, and energy-saving.Through the experiment verify the design to achieve the desired effect, feasible,can be widely used in the rice bud production and promotion. |
