Study On Value Assessment Of Forest Resources In Zijinshan Area

As special natural assets, forestry resources have become the national and social f-ocus.Strengthen the forest resources valuation research have become a hot topics in thestudy of forestry economics and management disciplines，It is also the basis for the pr-otection of forest resources value added value, It have important theoretical and practi-cal effect.Taking the forestry resources of Zijinshan Forest Farm as research object andbased on the analysis of its existing operating conditions，this paper estimated the valueof the stock assets, ecological function and social benefit of Zijinshan Forest Farm thr-ough income present value method and market value method.The study is to providepractical guidance for the assets appraisal of the forest farms near zijinshan forest farmas well as a theoretical basis for the financing，Share holding and transfer of forest fa-rm. At the same time, this study offered advisory opinion on constructing a local appr-aisal system for the value determination of the forest resources around Zijinshan forestfarm. Moreover, It provided reference for improving the quality and management ofass-ets appraisal and protecting the legal rights and interests of the owners，managers andu-sers of forestry resources.The results showed as follows: First,It set up value appraisalsystem in Zijinshan Forest Farm, It is appraised that the value of zijinsh-an forest farmis RMB99454200.All kinds of value as follows: Forest land asset valueis RMB881500,Forest tree asset value is RMB37463100,The service value is RMB1250000,The ec-ological service value is RMB50943400, Social service value is RMB8916200，Onlyif the ecological function and social benefit are incorporated into the daily accounting,could the value of forest resources be more precisely appraised.The prospect of investi-ng zijinshan forest farm is prominent, so the forestry authorities should increase financ-ial investment, for the political support is the major capital resource sofforestry invest-ment。With its rich forestry resources and convenient location, Zijinshan forestfarm is a ideal place for investors.The research also provides three suggestions for the manageme-nt and development of zijinshan forest farm，which are as follows：Firstly，it shouldimprove the information management system of forestry resources.Records should be fil-ed and updated regularly. Secondly，forestry resources reservation is the most importantthing.The forest farm should pursue ecological benefits instead of shortterm benefits.Theecological and social benefits and landscape asset of forestry will be increased if onlythe forestry resources are well preserved.Thirdly, it should improvethe citizens’ awaren-ess offorestry protection and prevent the damaging behaviors such as cutting trees andbuilding tombs without permission.
