A Study On Health Assessment Of Regional Forest Resources In Kuquan State Forest Farm Of Yijun County

Health forestry resources is not only the indispensable natural resources and material treasure, but also the key and tie of the 21st century"society-economy-natural environment"complex huge system for realizing the social economic sustainable development. It is of vital importance to ensure social stability and sustainable development. And this is the common sense of many scholar of the world .So the study is under instruction of sustainable development theory, according to the regional forestry resources structure and function, on the basic of analyzing and summarizing the achievements of the predecessors, probing into the health assessment and the character of the forestry resources, following formulation principle of index and index system ,considering the inside and outside factor which infect health forestry resources, we study and construct index system and model about health assessment of regional forestry resources by using analytic hierarchy process Delphi-AHP method ,comprehensive evaluation method ,etc. At last ,we take the feasibility verification by taking Yijun county Kuquan forestry centre as the research region. The main result of the study are as follows :(1)The paper study for the health evaluation theory of regional forestry management under sustainable development theory .(2)On the basic of forestry resources assessment achievement of the predecessors, according to the regional forestry resources structure and function character, we analyzes the health assessment connotation of forestry resources, research the instruction ideal and principle of the construction of the regional forestry resources indication system and summarize the character of forestry resources health assessment .(3)Under the theory instruction of sustainable forestry management and sustainable development theory, using instruction and principle of regional forestry resources health index system as the principle, combining the character of the forestry resources health assessment, beginning with the inside and outside factor which infect forestry resources health, we construct the health assessment index system of forestry resources, summarize the dividing degree of forestry resources health assessment and ecology connotation . (4)According to the index choice achievement of the predecessors, combining the character of this assessment, we establish the corresponding index choice methods and principle, and according to it for choosing the assessment index of regional forestry resources health assessment system .(5)Using the construction of forestry resources health assessment index system, we assess the forestry health status of Kuquan forestry centre in Yijun county.(6)The result shows that the forestry resources health degree of the Kuquan forestry centre inYijun county is subhealthy. The organizing construction of the forestry centre is fairly complete, the function comparison test is fairly stable, the sustainable ability is common .The assessment result is the same with the practical situation of the experimental region .So constructing forestry resources health assessment index system and the forestry resources assessment system are feasible.
