For understanding and clear the endophyte diversity of poplar stems, this paper conducteda survey about poplar endogenous microbial resources survey, collection, identification. At thesame time, screening of antagonistic bacteria to the Botryosphaeria dothidea and Brenneriasalicis,to analyse the relationship between the endophyte diversity of poplar stems and theplant diseases such as Botryosphaeria dothidea. So it can provide an important basic materialsfor the pathogenesis and the prevention and control of plant diseases. This paper obtained thefollowing main results:The diluted coating method was used to diluted coating the14poplar stems samples onR2A and NA solid medium.Compared other research about endophyte diversity, poplar stemssamples microbial biomass as a whole is a little small, and most samples’ microbial biomassorders of magnitude is about104and105.The stains’16S rDNA sequencing results showed that, they belong to the Pantoea、Bacillus、Pseudomonas、Microbacterium,16kinds of genus in total. The Pantoea,Bacillus,Pseudomonas and Microbacteriumare are the superiority genus of microbial community inpoplar stems, which accounted for17.68%,17.8%,10.96%,10.96%each.By screening the90stains of bacterial,it turned out thant there were four strains ofantagonistic bacteria against BotryospHaeria dothidea, preliminarily identified as Bacillussubtilis,Bacillus megaterium,Cellulomonas hominis,Bacillus amyloliquefaciens.and sixstrains of antagonistic bacteria against Brenneria salicis preliminarily identified as Bacillussubtilis subsp.subtilis,Bacillus subtilis,Pseudomonas fragi,Cellulomonas hominis,Bacillussp.,Bacillus aryabhattaii....
