Objective:Observation on the para-sagittal bridge vein in digital subtraction angiography (DSA) the morphology and distribution, for microsurgery preoperative surgical approach plan formulation, operation intermediate axle venous protection and cerebral venous system disease timely and accurate diagnosis provide imaging basis.Methods:①were analyzed retrospectively in October2009-February2012Ningxia medical university general hospital82routine whole brain DSA negative patients imaging data.②82cases (164sides) in patients with negative superior sagittal sinus through the image measurement tools (Digimizer) are divided into five sections, in order to get more detailed description of each section of intermediate axle vein position, and paragraphs are divided into three small sections, to observe and measure the little bridge venous quantity, injection superior sagittal sinus and presence of the Angle of the turning point and the corner,③the comparison sagittal sinus on both sides of the bridge venous quantity, distribution and have statistically significant.Results:①The forehead bridging veins mainly concentrate in the A1segment; The corpus callosum former into road bridge veins lack of section B3(near the para-sagittal former below); The central cortex bridging veins concentration distribution in C1section (the para-sagittal below); The Dandy bridging veins mainly concentrate in D1section (the para-sagittal below after the far end); The Poppen into road bridge veins lack of period of E3(digitationes above).②The bridge venous travel has certain regulity, From frontal pole bridge veins anterograde inject superior sagittal sinus (bridge vein long shaft and dural sinus blood flow direction Angle between for an obtuse Angle); From the frontal lobe of the bridge central venous vertical inject superior sagittal sinus (Angle for rectangular):From the frontal lobe at the back and the top occipital lobe bridge vein retrograde inject superior sagittal sinus (Angle for acute Angle). Conclusion:(1) Superior sagittal sinus in each small section of the distribution of veins on both sides of the bridge has no statistical difference.(2) On the sagittal sinus venous lack section, there are two bridge respectively lack "first period"(B3), and the lack of2part (E3)."(3) A piece of tin veins on A1segment; C section of the bridge vein concentrate C1segment; The number of the remaining paragraphs veins are roughly equal.
