Application Of Hydromorphone Combined Flurbiprofen Axetil In PCIA After Cesarean Section

ObjectiveTo observe the clinical effects of hydromorphone combined flurbiprofen axetil in patient-controlled intravenous analgesia(PCIA)after cesarean section.Methods90 cases parturient with caesarean section were randomly divided into 3 groups with 30 parturients in each group. The formula of 3 groups: group F, fentanyl 1.0mg+tropisetron 10 mg in 150 ml 0.9%NaCl;group H,hydromorphone 4 mg + tropisetron 10 mg in 150 ml 0.9% NaCl; group KH,hydromorphone 3 mg + flurbiprofen axetil 50 mg + tropisetron 10 mg in 150 ml 0.9% NaCl. The effective pressing numbers,VAS score and Ramsay score in 1h,3h,6h,10 h,24h after operation were respectively recorded;as well as the incidence of adverse reactions were observed. The patients,mood was evaluated at the end of analgesia.ResultThe effective pressing numbers 24 h after operation and VAS score at each time point of patients in group KH were obviously lower than group F and group H(P<0.05). There was no significant difference adout incidence of adverse reactionsand Ramsay score between the 3 groups(P>0.05);The tension、anger、fatigue and TMD score of group KH after operation were obviously lower than that before operation, but the situation of energy and self-esteem was obviously higher than that before operation(P<0.05).ConclusionHydromorphone combined flurbiprofen axetil is a safe and effective method for PCIA after cesarean section.
