Purpose:The purpose is to evaluate the differential diagnosis of ultrasound elastography (UE) and strain ratio in benign and malignant tumors, to provide image evadence for the diagnosis of breast cancer.Materials and Methods:70solid masses in64patients were examined with conventional ultrasound (CUS), ultrasound "Micropure" imaging technology, ultrasound elastography score and SR method respectively. Pathological result as the gold standard, there were47benign tumors and23malignant tumors. CUS included tumor bordary, shape, echo, calcification, posterior echo, flow grade, resistance index. According to BI-RADS classification based on the breast color Doppler ultrasound, breast lumps were divided into1-6categories;"Micropure" imaging observed calcification within tumor, including rod, punctake microcalcification; UE score lumps rating divided into1-5,1-3points were regraded as benign, and4-5points were supposed to be malignant tumor. Mass contrast with breast tissue around the same depth of tumor in SR,≥3.08were diagnosed as malignant, and<3.08were ragarded as benign. Four methods were calculated sensitivity, specificity, the coarse compliance rate, positive predictive value, negative predictive. Compare significant difference between UE score and the SR method for diagnosis of breast masses, and difference between SR method and other two methods.Result:A certain degree of overlap between benign and maligant tumor in CUS and UE image features, differential diagnosis had limitations;"Micropure image" had high detection rate of mass microcalcifications, but there had limitations if relying solely on the diagnosis of microcalcifications, it must be combined with CUS. UE had high clinical value in the identification of benign and malignant breast lumps. There were no significant difference between the elastography SR and5-point in differential diagnosis of benign and malignant tumors of the breast. In clinical practice, the5-point stars law also feasibility, easier, but it lack of objectivity in the malignant and benign mass. When the5-point difficult to score, SR can reduce the subjective influence factors of the observer.
